EURGBP

EURGBP is finding support once again at 0.84575. This support level has not been broken since June 2009, and we do not expect that to change.

Once the support level holds out, we could see a run up to 0.8750 and once thats broken as well, we’ll see it run back up to the resistance at 0.91550.

However, a break down thru this support will bring EURGBP down to a immediate support at 81.800.

NZDJPY

NZDJPY found support at the 60.00 level. Though it has broken thru several times, we believe this support will continue to hold. Large buying power is showing here despite the rapid fall to this support level.

The break below the support we believe is due to momentum selling. Once consolidation completes here, NZDJPY should find itself on its way back up to the resistance at 69.00.

USDCHF

USDCHF has finally found its way to the downward trendline, and its showing resistance at this level.

This level corresponds to a significant level at 1.1700.

We see USDCHF falling back to November lows. However if this level doesn’t hold, we see USDCHF meeting large resistance at 1.1800-1.1900 band.

USDCAD

USDCAD saw a massive rally from its lows of 0.99728. It has found resistance at 1.0750.

The resistance at 1.0750 has proved significant since November 2009, where we saw several tests of that level.

We expect 1.0750 to continue holding up, pushing prices back down to at least 1.0248, breaking thru that will see prices fall back to the lows of 0.99728.

The alternate scenario will see USDCAD climbing back above 1.0750. Breaking thru 1.0750 will be significant and could see price action bring USDCAD back up to 1.2000+

NZDJPY is near its support at 60.586. Support here has held true for as far back as July 2009, and we don’t see a reason why it should fall below that.

We’re seeing NZDJPY consolidating a little at the support, we recommend traders to keep a look out for a break up, back to the resisstance at 68.714.

USDCHF

We’re seeing USDCHF heading towards the downward trendline. Its showing resistance on both the daily, H4 and H1 charts.

Although its still a considerable distance away from the trendline, we believe it night be worth while to watch for a possible break down, with a possible drop back down to the 1.0600 level.

GBPAUD

GBPAUD broke out of its trading range at 1.6344 to 1.6660 2 days back and have now found resistance at 1.7327.

The most likely scenario here will see sellers returning, bringing GBPAUD back to the lows of 1.6350.

Should GBPAUD break above this significant resistance, we could see a unresisted climb up to 1.8300.

USDJPY

USDJPY has found selling momentum and should be heading to the support at 88.20. We’ll be looking for a long trade once the support is reached.

We could even see buying pressures come back at 90.00, however, we deem that as extremely unlikely dude to the momentum of selling today.

NZDJPY
NZDJPY has fallen to its support at 60.586. We’re beginning to watch the pair for possible climb back to the resistance at 68.714.

However, the pair has fallen very rapidly to the support, and we should allow the pair to consolidate a little before deciding to place a long trade.

Should the support be broken, we could see NZDJPY fall to 57.00.

CADJPY

CADJPY has found support on the trendline. Its supported by a very mild support at 86.50. We must however stress that the support at 86.50 is judged to be very mild, and we should let it show a upward movement before entering a trade.

Should the trendline hold true, we could see it climb up to 92.00 or 94.00.

USDJPY

We mentioned a few days back that we should watch USDJPY for possible support along the trendline, currently at 90.80.

A long opportunity for USDJPY could occur here. However, we’ll prefer to see it drop to the 89.00 or 88.20 level for a higher probability trade.

NZDUSD

NZDUSD is currently trading at the bottom of the channel. Compounded by the support at the bottom of the channel, its also found support at 0.6850, a support that has kept the pair from dropping further down in February.

Should the support stand, we could see NZDUSD trade back up to the resistance at the top of the channel, or even find itself trading at 0.7300.

The pair has been falling for a week now, and a long trade here will be extremely countertrend. Ideally, we should see NZDUSD consolidate at this support for a few hours more before enter a trade long.

The alternate scenario here could see NZDUSD accelerate its drop, accelerating the gradient of the channel.

GBPCHF

GBPCHF is finding support at 1.63000. Its beginning to trade within the range of support at 1.6300 and 1.7000.

With the recent “false break down”, breaking below 1.6300 only to be brought back into the range after reaching 1.5800, we could see the pair continue consolidating within the support and resistance.

Possible TP points could be 1.6600 or even 1.7000.

The alternate scenario should see the pair breaking below 1.6300 and falling down to 1.5800, the low of that recent false break down.

AUDUSD

AUDUSD is trading between support at 0.87293 and resistance at 0.93841.

The daily candle stick on 17 May 2010 showed alot of support at this level.

Should this support remain strong, it gives AUDUSD a very profitable run up to the resistance.

The alternate scenario could see it drop to 0.85653, however unlikely to fall to even lower levels.

A long position on AUDUSD will give a positive SWAP return on most brokers.

NZDUSD

NZDUSD has fallen down to the number resistance of 0.7000. This level has shown resistance for the last few months, dating back to September 2009.

Looking into the shorter time frame, we can see NZDUSD consolidating around the 0.7000 level.

The likely scenario here will be the support of 0.7000 pushing price back up to the resistance.

This price action is supported by the positive swap nature of NZDUSD.

The unlikely scenario here will be the pair breaking below 0.7000, however it will run into another support at 0.6800, hence an even more unlikely scenario.

We’ll like to caution traders from taking a buy position into AUDUSD and NZDUSD at the same time. The 2 currency pairs are highly correlated and the risk factor for a concurrent trade should be considered as 1.
