New Michael Jackson game still in the works

For once this really isn't exploitation of Michael Jackson's death. MJ was actually in the middle of working on a new console video game before his death and his company MJJ Productions is intent on still putting it out. Michael did extensive voice speech work for the game as well as granted his likeness and many of his hit songs for the untitled game. “I am sure it will still be released,” a MJJ Productions rep is quoted as saying. “Michael loved games.” According to gaming website Kotaku, the new MJ game is supposedly scheduled for this Holiday season. Jay-Z to sign multi-million dollar book deal

Jay is close to signing a three-book deal through powerhouse publisher Random House for a reported multi-million dollar deal including a hefty advance. The first book will be based on Jay's lyrics and story telling through his songs (similar to Em's last book), the second will be a memoir and the third will reportedly be about Jay-Z and his rise to fame from a business/hustler perspective. thanks to loyal missinfo.tv pal Louis for alerting me to the rumors that Joe Budden and Raekwon had gotten into an altercation backstage at today's Rock the Bells tour stop in Washington D.C. You know I love righting wrongs : ) so I'm happy to report that, according to Rae's brother DomP, no such altercation happened. What did happen is that during Raekwon's set, Inspectah Deck came out onstage to perform “Cream,” and a few other songs….(Rza even joined Rae and Deck's performance) …but before Inspectah Deck left, he did tell the crowd, “F–k Joe Budden.” Hence, Joe's tweet….

Obits: Arturo Gatti Found Dead

Words By Prop Jay Yesterday Heaven received another soul who departed from us way too soon. Arturo “Thunder” Gatti, the former USBA Super Featherweight Champion of the World, died from “trauma” to the head while in Brazil honeymooning with his second wife. Reports are that the two fought earlier on in the night; Gatti at some point pushed his wife, Amanda Rodriguez, to the ground and then the two stormed off. Hours later, Gatti was found dead in their hotel room and the wife was taken away by the cops. Nothing formal has been said in regards to charges or suspects but it seems like Sherlock and Watson will be staying in London for the time being and the cops seem to already have their man (or, in this case, woman). Gatti, was a champion in every sense of the word. What he lacked in talent he over compensated with heart, many times over.
