USHUL FIQH DAN URGENSINYA DALAM KONTEKS KONTEMPORER

Ushul Fiqh adalah: “Ilmu yang membahas tentang dalil- dalil fiqh secara global, tentang metodologi penggunaannya serta membahas tentang kondisi orang-orang yang menggunakannya".

Apa hubungan pengertian ushul fiqh di atas dengan masalah kontemporer ? Paling tidak ada empat hal yang bisa diungkapkan di sini:

1/ Ushul Fiqh sebagai model percontohan untuk melakukan riset ilmiyah.

Seseorang yang ingin memproduksi sebuah hukum syare’at, diharuskan terlebih dahulu menentukan reverensi yang ingin digunakannya. Kemudian mengolah reverensi tersebut sesuai dengan standar ilmiyah yang telah ditentukan oleh para ulama, hal itu untuk memastikan bahwa produk hukum yang dihasilkan tidak akan melenceng dari koridor syareat.

Begitu juga seorang yang ingin melakukan riset ilmiyah, diharuskan untuk menentukan dahulu reverensi yang ingin digunakannya, dan obyek yang ingin diteliti, dan apakah sumber dan obyek tersebut valid atau tidak ? Setelah itu dia harus mengolahnya secara ilmiyah dan jujur sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga hasil dari penelitian itu bisa dipastikan tidak melenceng dari koridor ilmiyah.

2/ Ushul Fiqh sebagai model percontohan untuk melakukan dialoq yang sistimatis dan bermutu.

Hal ini kita dapatkan di dalam pembahasan Qiyas dan etika dialoq yang tersusun di dalamnya dengan rapi. Dalam etika dialoq tersebut, tidak sembarang orang bisa mengeluarkan produksi hukum kecuali harus tunduk dengan teeori-teori yang telah ditetapkan di dalam Qiyas. Produk hukum yang telah dihasilkan melalui proses Qiyas tersebut, memungkinkan untuk dikritisi kembali dengan tata cara dan sisitimatis yang telah ditentukan para ulama. Intinya : tidak sembarang orang ngomong dan tidak sembarang orang mengritik omongan tersebut. Tapi semuanya dibungkus dengan ‘ bingkai yang sarat dengan ilmu ‘

3/ Ushul Fiqh dan Masalah Sosial.

Ushul Fiqh, bukan sekedar teori yang ngawang-ngawang di langit , bukan seperti orang yang hidup dimenara gading, jauh dari hiruk pikuk masyarakat dengan segala problematikanya. Ushul Fiqh adalah ilmu yang menyatu dengan masyarakat, berbaur dengan segala problematikanya, bahkan menawarkan ribuan, atau mungkin jutaan solusi yang sangat strategis dan relevan. Bagaimana tidak ? coba tengok umpamanya di dalam Bab : “ Dalil –dalil yang masih diperdebatkan “ kita temui dalil “ Al Urfu ‘ ( Adat istiadat atau kebiasaan ) di dalam suatu masyarakat. Ushul Fiqh adalah ilmu yang menghargai karya dan budaya masyarakat selama masih dalam koridor syareat.

4/ Ushul Fiqh dan Kemaslahatan Umat .

“ Masholih Mursalah “ adalah salah satu bab di dalam Ushul Fiqh yang membahas hal- hal yang berhubungan dengan kemaslahatan kehidupan manusia. Tidak berlebihan, kalau kita katakan bahwa tidak ada satupun fenomena kehidupan manusia yang lepas dari kontrol Ushul Fiqh. Mungkin kalau hanya ada satu bab ini saja dalam Ushul Fiqh, niscaya sudah cukup untuk memberikan kontribusi di dalam menciptakan maslahat kehidupan manusia.

5/ Ushul Fiqh dan Pandangan Masa Depan

Hal lain yang menarik dalam ilmu Ushul Fiqh adalah kemampuannya untuk memprediksi tentang masa depan, atau memperkirakan hal-hal yang akan terjadi, mempersiapkan sesuatu sebelum terjadi, mennyediakan payung sebelum turun hujan. Selanjutnya menentukan hukum ‘ preventif “ untuk jaga-jaga sebelum datangnya bencana dengan cara menutup semua jalan yang menuju ‘ kerusakan “ . Proses semacam ini di dalam Ilmu Ushul Fiqh terkenal dengan sebutan “ Sadd Al- Dzarai’ “ . Sebuah proses pengambilan hukum yang menekankan pandangan ke depan.

6. Ushul Fiqh dan penghargaan terhadap ilmu dan ulama.

Kalau di dalam ranah politik, demokrasi yang selama ini dijadikan favorit para politikus sebagai alternatif solusi terhadap berbagai problematika bangsa… walaupun kenyataanya tidak lebih dari sebuah utopia yang tidak pernah dan tidak akan terwujud…demokrasi yang dianggap oleh sebagian kalangan sebagai ratu adil yang tidak pernah adil..salah satu kelemahannya adalah karena tidak pernah menghargai ilmu dan ulama. Iya.. sistem yang terbukti telah menyengsarakan banyak orang ini menyamakan orang-orang berilmu dengan orang-orang yang bodoh. Seorang Profesor yang belajar puluhan tahun lamanya, sehingga rambutnya rontok dan kepalanya menjadi botak disamakan suaranya dengan seorang pelacur dan pemabuk yang perkerjaannya hanya bersenang-senang mengumbar syahwat. Pandangan seperti ini, tidak akan didapat di dalam ilmu Ushul Fiqh. Para ulama, khususnya para fuqaha, yaitu orang-orang yang konsen di dalam proses pengambil hukum telah dihargai dengan penghargaan yang setinggi-tingginya. Hal ini terlihat secara gamblang di dalam “ Konsensus Para Ulama “ yang mempunyai otoritas tinggi dan tidak bisa diganggu gugat oleh siapapun juga. Bahkan karena daya tawarnya yang begitu tinggi, oleh sementara kalangan diletakkan di atas teks-teks Al Qur’an dan Hadist yang keduanya masih sarat dengan penafsiran ( Dhanniyat Al Dalalat ) . Ini semua tidak berlaku bagi kelompok lain, yang tidak mempunyai keahlian di dalam merumuskan hukum, walaupun kelompok tersebut adalah kumpulan profesor dari segala bidang ilmu. تكرار الحج والعمرة أفضل أم إنفاق المال فى غيرهما من القربات؟

تعرضت الدراسة إلى مسألة تكرار الحج والعمرة؛ فنظرا لما فى الحج والعمرة من منافع جمة، سيما وهما من أهم الأدوية النافعة فى علاج الروح - يحرص كثير من الناس على تكرار الحج والعمرة، بل إن كثيرا من الأغنياء يحجون كل عام – علي الرغم من تكاليف الحج الباهظة – منهم من يخلص النية لله - عز وجل - ومنهم من يفعل ذلك رياء ولا يطلع على ما فى النفوس إلا الله - عز وجل -؛ مما أثار التساؤل الآتي:

خطأ القول بأن الإمام الشافعي غيَّر مذهبه في مصر مراعاة للعوائد والبيئة المصرية

يزعم بعض الناس أن الإمام الشافعي كان يفتي في العراق بفتاوى ولما ذهب إلى مصر أصبح يفتي بخلاف ذلك لاختلاف البيئة بين مصر والعراق وبالتالي أصبحت له فتاوى تناسب أهل العراق وفتاوى تناسب أهل مصر؟ وهذا الزعم ليس بصحيح فلم يثبت أنه كان للإمام الشافعي رحمه الله فتاوى تناسب أهل العراق وأخرى تناسب أهل مصر، ولكن المقرر في كتب المذهب الشافعي هو أن الإمام الشافعي كان له مذهبان مذهب في العراق وهو المذهب القديم تلقاه عنه تلاميذه هناك وألَّف فيه كتباً ثم إنه عندما انتقل إلى مصر مروراً بمكة التقى بعدد من العلماء ونقلة الأحاديث وتراجع عن كثير مما كان عليه بالعراق، وهو ما أصبح يُعرف بالمذهب الجديد، ولم يكن آنذاك يُعرف بمذهب العراق ومذهب مصر. وهذا المذهب الجديد قيل إنه تشكَّل قبيل مغادرته العراق إلى مكة، وقيل قبل مغادرته مكة، لكن من المقطوع به أنه كتبه وأصَّله في مصر، فهو إذن لا علاقة له بكونه في مصر أو في العراق

ومما يدل على ذلك:

1- أنه لو كان الأمر مجرد فتاوى تناسب كل بلد لما أمر رحمه الله بشطب كتبه التي ألَّفها في العراق وحرَّم على الناس روايتها، فقد كان يقول: (ليس في حلٍّ من روى عني القديم) (البحر المحيط) للزركشي (4/584)، بل لجعل لكل بلد فتاواه التي تناسبه.

2- ولو كان الأمر كما يزعم هؤلاء لأفتى أصحابه بالعراق بأقواله القديمة والواقع خلاف ذلك.

3- أن أئمة المذهب الشافعي والذين هم أدرى به لم يذكر أحدٌ منهم هذا السبب، فهل هؤلاء المتأخرون أعلم بذلك منهم؟!. بل عندما اختار بعضهم شيئاً من أقواله القديمة لم ينسبوها إليه، بل اختاروها لرجحان أدلتها من وجهة نظرهم.

4- أن أئمة المذهب الشافعي صرَّحوا بأنه لا يجوز تقليد الشافعي في مذهبه القديم ولو كان المقلِّد من أهل العراق، فكيف يزعم هؤلاء أن السبب اختلاف البيئة واختلاف المكان.

5- لو صح أن سبب تغيير الإمام الشافعي لمذهبه في مصر اختلاف المكان لما قلَّده الشافعية في غير مصر والمعلوم لدى طلاب العلم أن أئمة الشافعية أين ما كانوا قد أخذوا بمذهبه الجديد الذي أسسه في مصر حتى أهل العراق أنفسهم، وكتاب الأم وهو العمدة في المذهب الشافعي إلى الآن؛ ألَّفه في مصر، لذلك قال النووي في المجموع (1/66): (كل مسألة فيها قولان للشافعي رحمه الله قديم وجديد، فالجديد هو الصحيح وعليه العمل)، وقال (1/68): (ليس للمفتي ولا للعامي المنتسب إلى مذهب الشافعي رحمه الله في مسألةِ القولين أو الوجهين أن يعمل بما شاء منهما بغير نظر بل عليه في القولين العمل بآخرهما) ولم يفرق بين كون هذا المفتي في العراق أو مصر أو غيرهما.

والعجيب في الأمر أن الذين يزعمون أنه غيَّر مذهبه لتغير عوائد الناس وطبائعهم إنما يريدون بهذا الزعم إصدار فتاوى تيسر على الناس ولو خالفت الدليل زاعمين أن الإمام الشافعي أفتى بفتاوى تناسب أهل مصر تيسيراً عليهم، وجهل أولئك أن فتاوى الإمام حسب أصوله في مصر أشد من فتاواه في العراق، ومذهبه في العراق أقرب إلى التيسير، وأنه بنى مذهبه الجديد على الاحتياط، وعدم القول بالمصالح المرسلة التي يدندن حولها القوم، ولا عبرة بالعرف عنده بل العبرة بالنص والالتزام بظاهر النصوص كما سيظهر ذلك من خلال بعض الأمثلة التي سأوردها لك بعد قليل، ولا توجد مسألة واحدة تراجع عنها الإمام لتغير الظروف بين مصر والعراق، والبينة على المدعي، وهيهات!.

ومن أمثلة الفتاوى التي أفتى بها في مصر وكان رأيه فيها أشد من رأيه في العراق كما هو مبثوث في كتب الشافعية:

1- استعمال أواني الذهب والفضة، في القديم: يكره كراهة تنزيه، وفي الجديد: يكره كراهة تحريم.

2- المسح على الخفّ المخرق، في القديم: إن كان الخرق لا يمنع المشي عليه جاز، وفي الجديد: إن ظهر من الرِّجل شيء لم يجز.

3- ترك الفاتحة نسياناً، في القديم: تسقط عنه القراءة بالنسيان، وفي الجديد: لا تسقط.

4- الغسل من ولوغ الكلب، في القديم: لا يجب غسله، وفي الجديد: يغسل ستاً.

5- ترك الترتيب في الوضوء ناسياً، في القديم: صحيح، وفي الجديد: باطل.

6- النوم في الصلاة، في القديم: لا ينقض الوضوء، و في الجديد: ينقض.

7-امرأة المفقود، في القديم: تتربص أربع سنين من وقت انقطاع خبره، ثم تعتد عدة الوفاة: أربعة أشهر وعشرة أيام، وفي الجديد: لا تعتد ولا تنكح أبداً حتى يأتيها يقين وفاته، فأخذ في القديم بقول ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما الأيسر، وأخذ في الجديد بقول علي رضي الله عنه الأشد.

والأمثلة كثيرة يمكن الرجوع إليها في مظانها، ويلاحظ أنه لا أثر لاختلاف المكان والبيئة في اختلاف قولي الإمام الشافعي القديم والجديد في هذه المسائل كلها، وإنما يرجع سبب الاختلاف إلى إحكام مذهبه وضبطه بالأدلة الشرعية كما قال تلميذه الإمام أحمد بن حنبل رحمه الله لما قيل له: (ما ترى في كتب الشافعي التي عند العراقيين أحب إليك أم التي عند المصريين؟، قال: عليك بالكتب التي وضعها بمصر، فإنه وضع هذه الكتب بالعراق ولم يحكمها، ثم رجع إلى مصر فأحكم ذلك).(مناقب الإمام الشافعي للبيهقي 1/263(

فهذا تلميذه وأعرف الناس به أرجع سبب تغير مذهب إمامه إلى الإحكام والضبط، ولو كان للبيئة والمجتمع سبب في ذلك لذكره.

فالقول بأن هذا هو السبب قول باطل وعري عن الصحة ولا يستقيم مع التحقيق العلمي ولا يقوله إلا جاهل أو صاحب هوى.

وليس معنى ذلك أن الفقيه لا يجوز له أن يغير فتواه بتغير الزمان والمكان، بل هذا ممكن في المسائل الاجتهادية المبنية على العرف والمصالح ورفع الحرج، أما المسائل المبنية على الأدلة الشرعية الصحيحة، فهي ثابتة وصالحة لكل زمان ومكان .

Merits of Nisfu Sya'ban | فضل ليلة النصف من شعبان

جعل الله سبحانه وتعالى لليلة النصف من شعبان مزية خاصة من حيث أنه جل في علاه يطلع فيها إلى جميع خلقه فيغفر لهم إلا مشرك حتى يدع شركه ويوحد رب السماوات والأرض، والمشاحن حتى يدع شحنائه ويصطلح مع من خاصمه.

فعن أبي ثعلبة، قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : "إن الله يطلع على عباده في ليلة النصف من شعبان فيغفر للمؤمنين، ويملي للكافرين، و يدع أهل الحقد بحقدهم حتى يدعوه".

رواه أحمد في مسنده، وابن حبان في صحيحه، وابن أبي شيبة في المصنف، والطبراني في الكبير والأوسط، وبنحوه في شعب الإيمان للبيهقي، قال الهيثمي في المجمع: رواه الطبراني في الكبير والأوسط ورجالهما ثقات. وهو في صحيح الجامع حديث رقم .(771).

لا يخص هذا اليوم بصيام، ولا قيام، وماشابه ذلك، لأن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لم يخصه بذلك، ولم يثبت عنه، ولا عن صحابته الكرام فيما نعلم. ويروى في ذلك حديث باطل عن علي رضي الله عنه ، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "إذا كانت ليلة النصف من شعبان فقوموا ليلتها وصوموا يومها، فإن الله تبارك وتعالى ينـزل فيها لغروب الشمس إلى سماء الدنيا، فيقول : ألا من مستغفر فأغفر له ألا من مسترزق فأرزقه ألا من مبتل فأعافيه ألا كذا ألا كذا حتى يطلع الفجر". وهو مكذوب على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم.

Nothing firm and reliable has been established on the authority of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), that he held night vigil prayer and fasted during the day of the 15th of Sha`ban . So, the night of the 15th of Sha`ban is like any other night, and if someone regularly observes acts of worship during other nights, then he may hold night vigil prayer on this night without assuming anything special (because of it being the night of the 15th of Sha`ban).

This is because specifying a time for any act of worship requires an authentic proof, so if there is no authentic proof then the act is regarded as an innovation and all innovations are misguidance. Likewise, regarding specifically fasting during the 15th day of Sha`ban, then no (authentic) proof has been established on the authority of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to indicate the legality of fasting on that particular day.

What is correct is that fasting on the 15th of Sha`ban or specifying it with reciting (the Qur'an) or making (particular) supplications on that day has no basis. So that day is like any other 15th day of other months. Something that is clear is that it has been made permissible for a person to fast on the 13th, 14th, and 15th of every month. However, Sha`ban is somehow special (except for Ramadan) in the sense that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to fast more in the month of Sha`ban than any other month. So he used to either fast all of Sha`ban or just a little.

Therefore, as long as it does not involve any hardship, one can increase his fasting days during Sha`ban, emulating the example of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).

Meningitis Vaccine For Haj And Umrah Pilgrims, Halal Or Haram?
[A different Fatwa between two Muslim countries]
Which one is more reliable?

1. HARAM by The Indonesian Council of Ulama (MUI)

Jakarta, (17/6/2009). The minister of health Siti Fadilah Supari opined that the end result of the process of Meningitis vaccines do not contain any pig derivative substance, this statement caused to the confusion amongst the Muslim Ummah.

The Indonesian Council of Ulama (MUI) that already declared haram (prohibited) of the meningitis vaccine, in respond to this case, is attempted to find the alternative solution. The Chairman of fatwa commission of MUI KH. Anwar Ibrahim is consistent with the Fatwa issued by MUI, which said the meningitis vaccine is haram (prohibited), since in the process it used the media that contain the element from pig.

“When all our effort has been done and we could not find any solution, we will allowing the use of meningitis vaccine under the condition of dharurat (emergency), only up until certain time when the replacement is found," exclaimed Anwar.

2. HALAL, by The Health Ministry of Malaysia

The Health Ministry confirmed that the meningitis vaccine administered to umrah and haj pilgrims were halal and free from pig enzymes as alleged by the Indonesian Ulema Council recently.

Its deputy minister, Datuk Rosnah Shirlin Abdul Rashid Shirlin said there was no doubt regarding the vaccine in this country because the meningococcal quadrivalen ACYW 135 vaccine was supplied by the Lembaga Tabung Haji and was verified to be free of traces of cow or pig.

أعلن مجلس القضاء الأعلى في السعودية أن الاثنين 8 ديسمبر/كانون الأول هو أول أيام عيد الأضحى المبارك.

وجاء في البيان الصادر عن مجلس القضاء الأعلى ما نصّه "الحمد لله وحده والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه، وبعد.. فلعدم تقدم من يثبت بشهادتهم دخول شهر ذي الحجة لهذا العام 1429هـ ليلة الجمعة الموافق 30 ذي القعدة، ولإكمال شهر ذي القعدة ثلاثين يوما، فإن مجلس القضاء الأعلى بهيئته الدائمة يقرر أن يوم السبت هو أول شهر ذي الحجة لعام 1429هـ، ويوافق لليوم التاسع والعشرين من نوفمبر".

وأوضح أن "يوم عرفة هو يوم الأحد 9 ذي الحجة 1429هـ -حسب تقويم أم القرى- ويوافق 7 ديسمبر/كانون الأول عام 2008م، وعيد الأضحى المبارك هو يوم الاثنين 10 ذي الحجة 1429هـ حسب تقويم أم القرى، ويوافق 8 ديسمبر/كانون الأول عام 2008م".

وأضاف البيان أن "مجلس القضاء الأعلى إذ يعلن ذلك لعموم المسلمين يسأل الله جل وعلا أن يكشف عن المسلمين كل كربة، ويدفع عنهم كل بلاء وفتنة، وأن ييسر لحجاج بيت الله الحرام سبل أداء حجهم، ويغفر لنا ولهم الذنوب، وأن يتقبل من المسلمين في كل مكان أعمالهم، ويتجاوز عن سيئاتهم، وأن يجمعهم على الهدى ويؤلف بينهم ويرزقهم القيام بحقوق دين الإسلام، وأن ينصرهم بالحق وينصر الحق بهم.. إنه سميع مجيب. وصلى الله على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم".

Summary: [Aminah Wadud, the controversial woman, who is also a Islamic Studies professor at Virginia Commonwealth University, created another 'chaos' for the Islamic world when giving Jum'at Khutbah and leading the prayer on 17 October 2008 in Oxford Centre, Oxford. She did the same on the year 2005 which resulted in muslims' anger around the globe. It has been agreed upon and it is a muslim consensus throughout the history of Islam that such action is totally unacceptable in the Islamic religion. May ALLAH save our Islamic Ummah from this kind of 'fitnah'].

... Meski aksinya tahun 2005 mengundang protes ulama, tokoh kebanggaan kaum liberal, yang juga profesor studi Islam di Virginia Commonwealth University, Amina Wadud, kembali berulah.

Setelah pernah yang memelopori shalah Jumat dengan makmum laki-laki dan perempuan, kini, Wadud kembali mengundang kontroversi. Jumat (17/10) kemarin, Wadud kembali menjadi imam dan khatib di Oxford Centre, Oxford. Wadud menjadi imam shalat di Pusat Pendidikan Muslim di Oxford dengan makmum laki-laki dan perempuan, campur-aduk.

Aktivis liberal dari Pusat Kependidikan Muslim Oxford (MECO), sebagai pihak pengundang Wadud, menggambarkan peristiwa ini sebagai "perlompatan kemajuan untuk takdir teologis".

"Tidak tidak larangan dalam Al-Quran, “ katanya. "Penelitian teologisku dalam intisari agama Islam menunjukkan kebutuhan bagi kami untuk dapat berpindah jauh dari tradisi yang membatasi wanita dari kebiasaan praktek memimpin shalat."

Sementara pemuja Amina Wadud menggelar aksi sensasinya, Muslimah Inggris di Oxford, Inggris menggelar aksi unjuk rasa.

"Apa yang dilakukan (Wadud) bertentangan dengan Islam. Saya tidak sepakat dengan cara-cara seperti itu," kata Maryanne Ramzy sebagaimana dikutip BBC News.

Sebelum menjadi imam shalat, Wadud sempat memberi khutbah singkat. Shalat Jumat diimami Amina Wadud ini adalah aksi pembukaan sebelum memulai Konferensi Islam dan Feminisme yang digelar di Wolfson College, Oxford.

Bukan Baru

Kasus Amina Wadud ini bukanlah kasus baru. Sebab sensasinya sudah pernah dilakukan tiga tahun lalu, di mana ia memimpin shalat Jumat di Synod House, gereja Katedral St. John milik keuskupan di Manhattan, New York dengan mengundang berbagai media massa.

Kasus Wadud ini sempat mengundang pertanyaan mendasar dalam masalah fikih. Sebab masalah hukum imam sudah jelas dan tak satupun ulama yang membolehkannya.

Sesaat setelah aksi Amina Wadud, Majma' Al-Fiqhi Al-Islami (MFI), rujukan tertinggi dalam masalah hukum fikih Islam di dunia, mengecam keras aksi 'nyeleneh' ini. Kantor Arab Saudi SPA, mengutip MFI, menyebut aksi sensasi Wadud sebagai bid'ah yang menyesatkan dan musibah. Apalagi, shalat ‘gaya liberal’ ini dilakukan secara campur-aduk di mana jamaah wanita dan pria berdiri sejajar dan berdampingan.

Senada dengan MFI, ulama besar Syeikh Yusuf Al-Qardhawi juga mengecam keras atas shalat Jum’at versi Wadud itu. Al-Qardhawi menyebutnya sebagai bid'ah yang munkar. Menurutnya, dalam sejarah Muslimin selama 14 abad tak dikenal seorang wanita menjadi khatib Jum’at dan mengimami laki-laki. Bahkan kasus seperti ini pun tak terjadi di saat seorang wanita menjadi penguasa pada era Mamalik di Mesir.

Al-Qardhawi menegaskan bahwa terdapat konsensus (ijma') meyakinkan yang menolak tindakan Wadud itu. Pasalnya, mazhab yang empat bahkan yang delapan sepakat bahwa wanita tak boleh menjadi imamnya laki-laki dalam shalat-shalat wajib, meski sebagian membolehkan seorang wanita yang pandai membaca Al-Qur’an untuk menjadi imam di rumahnya saja. Look at the pictures (shown below) carefully, and imagine that this is what we will use in the future...They are ahead with Bluetooth technology...This pen sort of instrument produces both the monitor as well as the keyboard on flat surfaces from where you can just carry out the normal operations you do on your desktop.
First time i saw this, I was deeply thinking about how fast the technology changed. It's really true that we have to be prepared to see and have things related to computer technology which is beyond our imagination. Everything people can only imagine and dream right now, will sure be a reality in the near future.
Be prepared brothers and sisters! And never be left behind, coz things are changing and developing every seconds. Open your eyes widely and equip yourselves with correct tools to face 'an unimaginable new world' which will happen very soon.
