Marijuana isn’t punishable by suspension in WWE, just a $2,500 fine. The report states that Orton tested positive for marijuana, was fined and then tested again for other substances where he tested positive for use of Dianabol. Dianabol (methandrostenolone) is an orally-effective anabolic steroid. Dianabol was commonly used by bodybuilders until Congress banned it under the Controlled Substances Act.

There is no confirmation to this rumor yet so take it for what it’s worth.

TNA IMPACT WRESTLING ANNOUNCES “TNA HALL OF FAME” WITH FIRST INDUCTEE TO BE ANNOUNCED AT “SLAMMIVERSARY” ON JUNE 10

NASHVILLE, TN – (June 1, 2012) – TNA IMPACT WRESTLING announced the beginning of a “TNA Hall of Fame” with the first inductee to be announced at this year’s 10th Anniversary celebration, “Slammiversary” in Arlington, Texas.

TNA President Dixie Carter announced the news as part of the first live IMPACT WRESTLING event of the summer from Universal Studios.

This is TNA’s chance to recognize the great contributions of the people who gave so much to make this 10-year anniversary possible.

“This 10 year milestone is an incredible achievement for TNA,” stated TNA President Dixie Carter. “In honor of that, we felt it was time to begin recognizing the contributions of those who have made the greatest impact on our success.”

- SmackDown tag team Darren Young and Titus O’Neil are now being called The Prime-Time Players.

A fan replied and apologized for the crowd reactions to which Punk replied:

- Big Show teamed with Tensai to lose to John Cena in a handicap match at last night’s RAW live event in Alexandria, Louisiana. The matches were previously advertised as John Laurinaitis and Tensai vs. Cena. All upcoming live events are now booked with Show and Tensai vs. Cena.

- WWE is now advertising another DX reunion with Shawn Michaels and Triple H for the 1,000th RAW episode on July 22nd from St. Louis, Missouri. Big Show and John Laurinaitis vs. John Cena is being advertised also.

It was noted before that Cena blamed the divorce on the remodel, claiming it caused an unbearable strife between them. TMZ now has documents that show one of the contractors filed a lien on the house for $110,000, claiming the Cena’s didn’t pay him for his work.

Back a few months ago, TMZ revealed a lien on Cena’s home for $15,214.92 from a roofing company. Cena paid off the tax debt and the lien was lifted.

WWE stated that even though the court has allowed a Temporary Restraining Order and expedited discovered, WWE and TNA have both been unable to agree to the order, location and dates for the depositions. WWE also said that John Laurinaitis, who is scheduled to be deposed, is scheduled for “previously advertised and committed television appearances” in the United States and Spain next week and on June 11, the date of the temporary injunction hearing.

WWE said that they were concerned “they will be unable to adequately prepare” for the June 11 hearing and will not be able to follow the expedited Discovery Order “without considerable inconvenience and expense” due to the deadlines that were set.

Former WWE and TNA employee Brian Wittenstein, who is also being sued, hasn’t responded to the court or has yet to have anyone file paperwork saying they will defend him. Long-time WWE attorney Jerry McDevitt has filed paperwork to represent WWE.
