For much of the past three years, Mike Hayes has had a single focus: to hurt D.J. Linderman.

The reigning Cage Warriors heavyweight champion, who headlines today's Cage Warriors 47 event in a long-awaited Linderman rematch, said that desire has trumped all others.

"As far as me in this fight and defending the belt, it's not even that much of a concern for me," Hayes told MMAjunkie.com Radio. "My only focus with Linderman is to hurt him. I'm going into this fight, and win or lose, I don't care. But I'm going ot make him feel every punch I throw."

Jay Glazer hosted the show, with analysis from former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Rashad Evans. Molly Qerim conducted exclusive postfight interviews backstage. Here’s some of what was said: “UFC Postfight Show on FUEL TV” Analyst Rashad Evans on Martin Kampmann vs. Jake Ellenberger: “I was excited to see this fight. These guys are trying to gain a spot in the top of the weight class. Ellenberger got to Martin pretty quickly and got him bleeding. It seems like Kampmann fights best when he’s bloodied up. He loves this look. Kampmann has massive survival skills. He doesn’t look for a way out of a fight.” Martin Kampmann on how close he was to losing in the first round: “I don’t know, I was definitely rocked and I have some blurry spots in the fight. As you can see, I’ve got some cuts. The wife is going to be mad at me when I get home. But, you can never count me out. I’m here to fight.” Kampmann on who he wants to fight next: “I want to fight the best and fight for the title. Either [Carlos} Condit or GSP. Or Johny Hendricks. Sicilia picked up a TKO victory over Marcello midway through the second round thanks to a barrage of right hands on the ground before referee Chris Tognoni mercifully waved things off.

Florian began his career as a contestant on the very first season of The Ultimate Fighter where he went to the finals of the middleweight bracket. Florian also worked his way up to challenging for UFC gold multiple times in both the lightweight and featherweight division. Florian gave his thoughts following the announcement: "I'm just so thankful to the UFC and everyone here for everything they have done. Fighting found me and I'm a much better person because of it. I'm happy.... I've dealt with injuries in the past, but back in November I was training and hurt my back. It just hasn't quite been the same ... I re-injured it a few weeks back. So, it's been tough. I haven't been able to train. And I'm the type of person who never wants to do anything half-ass. If I'm going to train for a fight, I want to be able to do it 100 percent. The Nevada State Athletic Commission approved Frank Mir for testosterone-replacement therapy in advance of his title fight with heavyweight champ Junior Dos Santos at UFC 146.

MMAjunkie.com today confirmed the scratch with a source close to the event, and Alves later tweeted that he's undergoing surgery next week. MMAWeekly.com first reported.

A replacement search is underway to find someone for Alves' opponent, Siyar Bahadurzada, who was actually a replacement for injured Yoshihiro Akiyama.

Judge Daniel L. Seiden told Jones his driving privileges in New York were suspended immediately, and he will need to undergo an alcohol abuse and dependency evaluation. The charges are from a May 19th motor vehicle accident in which Jones was driving a 2012 Bentley that struck a pole at Grand Boulevard and Helen Street on the city's West Side, according to city police. It’s when losses come that combat athletes find out how committed they really are to the fight game. Two fighters in such a position are former UFC stalwarts Karo “The Heat’ Parisyan and Kendall “Da Spyder” Grove. On June 16th in Springfield, Missouri, both will tangle with ultra-tough opponents, as Parisyan will battle fellow UFC vet John Gunderson, and Grove will lock horns with UFC/Strikeforce vet Terry Martin. The winner of the Parisyan-Gunderson tilt will be awarded the first ShoFIGHT welterweight belt, while either Grove or Martin will go home with ShoFIGHT middleweight strap. Karo Parisyan (20-8-0-1) has been fighting professionally since 1999, and has faced many top welterweights during his time in MMA, including Sean Sherk, Antonio McKee, Georges St-Pierre, Shonie Carter, Nick Diaz, Chris Lytle, Matt Serra, Nick Thompson, Diego Sanchez, Ryo Chonan, Thiago Alves, Dong Hyun Kim, and Dennis Hallman. Kendall Grove (14-10-0-1) grew up in Hawaii, and is the prototypical Island boy: a scrapper who is afraid of no man.
