I go away for vacation and come back, and something just doesn't seem right. I asked my father if anything had happened with my GF and he acted clueless.

So fast forward 3 weeks.... I come home and BAM! Right in my kitchen, I catch my father redhanded with his meat in my GF. I was pissed and told him to take his meat out of my GF and get out. Needless to say, the GF got turned off. I just couldn't get over it and kicked the GF to the curb.

Now its been 2 weeks without my GF. My father had the audacity to call me and ask how the GF is!

Should I go over and beat him senseless?

We are all moved out of our place. Our stuff is on its way to polk....where we have no house. And we cant leave yet, since the army fucked up every single piece of D's paperwork. He only got his orders a few days ago, and they completely lost his smith file. And its a 4 day weekend.

So theres that....luckily Cara has taken us in like the poor little hobos we are.

Which brings me to the next bit of "My Luck"....

Did you know Cat Scratch Fever is real? I didnt. My cupcake and dagger was done tuesday....wednesday Cara's cat jumped on me and rubbed its fur on my fresh tattoo. I wiped off the fur that stuck to my lotion and did a quick wash since I was gonna jump into the shower as soon as my clothes were dry.

Big. Effing. Mistake.

Yesterday I got up to swelling and extra tenderness and a ton of ink being pushed out by plasma.....and a big red area around the tattoo.....

So I figured I maybe got an infection from the cat and started using hot sea salt compresses, picked up some anti microbial wash etc. We were trying to move and stuff so I just sucked it up.

Till today. I spent all night tossing and turning trying to sleep but my arm hurt. I got up to a massive red area on my arm, severe swelling, fever, chills, and my cupcake looked fucking moldy. And the pain.......oh my god the pain. I could feel a throbbing dull ache from above my elbow to my fingertips, the actual tattoo area itself felt like there was a hot iron pressed to it, followed by every now and again it feeling like there was a lit lighter under it.

So off we go to the emergency room, and of course being a four day, and the fourth of july weekend...it was packed with broken ankles, severe sunburns and head trauma. So I waited with D.....hoping like hell we'd have time to finish cleaning the apt and turn our keys in on time after.....and me kinda thinking that just cutting the motherfucker off and cauterizing it would hurt less...

Luckily once the nurse in triage saw it, things moved pretty quickly. The doc came in, asked what happened and he decided it was cat scratch fever(because of the fever and chills along with the swelling)....which doesnt require being scratched if the wound is open. Also one area looked like staph may have set in. So he prescribed the uber antibiotics, and also a good bit of vicodan I didnt even have to ask....he just prescribed it. lol.

Yeah, took the pills and went to the apt and finished cleaning. Once the vics kicked in I wasnt *as* sore, mostly I just stopped caring. So were here till tuesday at the earliest, wednesday or thursday at the latest.


Yup.....Thats my luck. Random weird issues and His luck is that every piece of his paperwork gets lost/jacked up.

Lol maybe Ill take a picture of my hawt arm. Oh and Im not expecting this tattoo to look good after this. Im pretty sure in 6 mos Ill have to have it fixed. Ive pushed out a good chunk o fink already.

Sally Kern Strikes Again: ‘OK Citizen’s Proclamation for Morality’

Well everyone’s favorite anti-gay fire-breather Sally Kern is at it again. You remember her… she said that LGBT people are a bigger threat to the nation than terrorism (and subsequently stood by her comments, making no effort to soften the hateful rhetoric).

Well now she’s promoting her “Oklahoma Citizen’s Proclamation for Morality” – an anti-gay tirade cloaked in the garb of an official government statement. Kern’s proclamation was first reported by Oklahoma City’s KWTV News 9 and will be highlighted on this evening’s newscast.

The full resolution follows the jump but to sum up: she says the bad economy is a result of our “moral crisis”; lumps child abuse, sex trafficking, gay people and other issues under the term “debauchery”; and calls on God (well, her version of God) to provide a “national awakening of righteousness.”

HRC’s Director of Religion and Faith Harry Knox had this to say:

“This resolution is an affront to those who believe in America’s constitutional democracy and to people of all faiths who follow the universal teaching to love their neighbors as themselves. In one long diatribe, Rep. Kern manages to demean both the American founding fathers she quotes and the faith she is asking the state of Oklahoma to endorse. America’s revolutionary leaders were about building a just society where all could practice their own religion, or not, in peace. Sally Kern is about tearing apart the diverse tapestry the founders helped to form. Jesus Christ taught that we should tell the truth in love and work together in community. Sally Kern makes the truth a beggar on the way to dividing families and communities.”

She was arrested Wednesday on charges of child abuse and reckless endangerment and is being held on a $50,000 bond.

I was happy about it because (according to his brothers) his mom was really excited to meet her son's first girlfriend. Anyway, I went to his house for dinner and took tulips (they are very expensive where I live) and I find out his dad is allergic to tulips. I gave the flowers to his mom and his dad immediately started sneezing and sucking up mucus.

Going to dinner at someone's house is a huge deal where I live because people have to keep their manners and etiquette even if they hate what they're eating. Turns out out his mother had made shrimp scampi and I'm fucking allergic to shrimp, so I skipped the shrimp (which are expensive too). She wasn't ecstatic about it, but she understood that shrimp closed my airways and might kill me.

As if things weren't already bad enough, we began talking about religion. Yippee. His mom's Jewish, his dad's Catholic, his brothers are Mormons, Anthony's an atheist in the closet, and I'm an atheist. So for half an hour I had to pretend to believe God, that I go to church every Sunday, and was baptized when I was little. Those are all lies and I would bet my right hand that she knew it.

Then, his little sister began playing the piano and she SUCKS. Again I had to pretend that she was amazing at it.
To make it worse, my period came early (fuck you mother nature!) and I had no pads and/or tampons. So I asked his sister if she had some and she didn't so she asked her mom and told her that my best friend had made an early visit.

To top it all off, Anthony's mom sent me to put the flowers in a vase over the table, and I dropped the fucking vase. If looks could kill, I wouldn't be posting this.

So now, she hates me with a passion and talks shit about me with Anthony and his siblings. I wish I could poke a stick up her ass and say IT'S NOT MY FAULT BITCH! I DON'T CHOOSE MY LUCK!

Guys when you are taking a girl out just treat her right; open the door, pay for the whatever your doing, etc. i see alot of guys who don't do simple things like this. If your taking the girl out you have some interest in her other wise you wouldn't be putting up with her shit(no offense ladies who are reading this part). Just fucking act like she is human to not a god. If you treat her like she is a god she will think you either playing her or just too nice. take her out to nice places not burger king for fucks sake that screams i don't care really. Don't smother her give her room but call at least once a day if you are serous about her. Texting is not an acceptable way of communicating all the time call her your voice means more than what you say if your dating.

To the ladies:
Don't be a sugar momma. Guys should be the bread winner(at least that how i view it). don't expect perfection because honestly us guys fuck up alot, but don't put up with too much shit. Even if you love the guy if he cheats on you once (or more for you dumb ladies) break up with him. If he is your first love its called loss its better to love then to have never loved at all but really there is another guy out there for you its not then end of the world. as far as makeup goes you don't really need it i have dated too many girls who had natural beauty and ruined it with makeup. Most importantly give the guy a break every now and then. Have some fucking self respect your not a worthless piece of shit you mean something to somebody, even if they don't show it somebody (other than your family) loves you because to them you are perfect.
P.S. Look at it this way there is "always another dick in the wall."

To both: Don't be an idiot even if you think the other is out of your league they said yes. Be who you really are don't put a mask on, and most importantly just relax.

Visitors to the Sears Tower's new glass balconies all seem to agree: The first step is the hardest.

"It's like walking on ice," said Margaret Kemp, of Bishop, California, who said her heart was still pounding even after stepping away from the balcony. "That first step you take – 'am I going down?'"

Kemp was among the visitors who got a sneak preview of the balconies Wednesday. "The Ledge," as the balconies have been nicknamed, open to the public Thursday.

The balconies are suspended 1,353 feet (412 meters) in the air and jut out 4 feet (1.22 meters) from the building's 103rd floor Skydeck. They're actually more like boxes than balconies, with transparent walls, floor and ceiling.

Visitors are treated to unobstructed views of Chicago from the building's west side and a heart-stopping vista of the street and Chicago River below – for those brave enough to look straight down.

John Huston, one of the property owners of the Sears Tower, even admitted to getting "a little queasy" the first time he ventured out. But 30 or 40 trips later, he's got the hang of it.

"The Sears Tower has always been about superlatives – tallest, largest, most iconic," he said. "Today is also about superlatives. Today, we present you with 'the Ledge,' the world's most awesome view, the world's most precipitous view, the view with the most wow in the world."

The balconies can hold five tons, and the glass is 1.5 inches (3.8 centimeters) thick, officials said.

Sears Tower officials have said the inspiration for the balconies came from the hundreds of forehead prints visitors left behind on Skydeck windows every week. Now, staff will have a new glass surface to clean: floors.

The balconies are just one of the big changes coming to the Sears Tower. The building's name will change to Willis Tower later this summer.

Last week, officials announced a 5-year, $350 million green renovation complete with wind turbines, roof gardens and solar panels.
