  <title>Dryer air on the way</title>
<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;img src="http://avondaleriverside.firstcoastnews.com/sites/firstcoastnews.com/files/imagecache/atf_widget/" alt="" title="" class="imagecache imagecache-atf_widget imagecache-default imagecache-atf_widget_default"/&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;JACKSONVILLE, Fla. &amp;nbsp;-- For the next few hours a few isolated t-storms may form and head to the east. Overall dryer,less humid air is on the way.
Over the weekend plan on milder mornings and hot, but less humid afternoons with very little in the way of t-storms.

  <title>DCF investigates daycare handling of child in soiled clothing</title>
<description>&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- When parents take their children to day care, they expect their child to get the utmost attention. Hillary Rizzi said that was not her experience.

"You entrust your child with a daycare I don't expect to come into a facility and have them with dry feces,"&amp;nbsp;said Rizzi,&amp;nbsp;"then with a milk allergy that he has they told me they gave him milk at lunch."

  <title>Mayor: About 20,000 residents without power</title>

Residents can dial 665-6000 to report outages, and Mayor Brown urged residents to call 911 if they see downed power lines.
The mayor said about 20,000 residents were without power in Jacksonville Monday morning.

  <title>Tasers may cause cardiac arrest -- users not deterred</title>
