Call me a cynic but overall, scripts and teleports really do not work well together – especially when you’re all dressed up and trying to tp into the arms of that special someone, club, trying to watch a fashion show, or just a night on the town.

I have been tp’n all over the grid .. shopping, visiting, dancing, strolling.. in these..the Python Red, “Stiletto Moody Bare Robin” .. they are deliciously decadent, and come with a slew of options, and dancer was kind enough to help me get that perfect tint *the customer service team at SM is without a doubt spectacular!*

Talk about daring and bold – and the perfect fit – one great thing about the new Moody’s is the “backup bag.”  This allows the user to save skin settings and ankle size from one pair of shoes, and can easily be recalled and imported to the others.  Makes quick change a SNAP!

Johnfrancis Laville just sent me this over the top, amazing, probably one of the best I’ve seen,  brown, 3/4 length leather jacket.  The textures are pretty flawless, the look jumps off the screen, and you can almost smell the sweet scent and feel the softness of the leather- it’s so visually appealing it touches your senses.

I think it’s important to note that in the above photo, the jacket is NOT retouched.  I think it’s also important to note that since this photo was taken, I offered John some feedback about the belt and it has since been updated to match the texture of the jacket itself, making it even better and even more flawless in design and craft.  This is a wardrobe must have, guys…style it as you’d like, you can’t go wrong.

I have found the ultimate fix… the prescription for my lack of concentration… and it comes in the form of a new skybox from Danny Bourne, his lovely wife Suite Sella, and that of reBourne Inc.

I am a huge fan of these skyboxes, as nothing I have seen compares to the uniqueness.  Second Life is a virtual world, a world that transforms you to another destination, virtually anywhere you want to find yourself.  The skyboxes from reBourne Inc. take that transformation a step further, creating a box, a surround scene of places like Manhattan, London, and now Toronto, San Francisco, Tokyo… transporting you to a real place yet within the virtual world… it’s pretty trippy if you think about it.  And reBourne has really upped the bar on the latest skybox, Toronto Heights.

This is a hyper-contemporary concrete and glass 2 story home with a full house menu that will keep you entertained with customization and details.  Outdoors you will find a beautifully lit pool with an automatic pool cover surrounded by lights of the city scene, a gorgeous lit rock waterfall, and privacy-evoking greenery.  Just visit… you will feel like you are in a different place, a different time, that is difficult to truly capture in words.

I cannot begin to tell you the detail she has put into this creation, more so, how she totally captured the very essence of my vision .. I am biased, yes, I admit it – but with due cause, Kimmera is without a doubt an astounding SecondLife creator.  Her design, execution, and brilliance shines in everything she creates, making Tres Beau a definite boutique of fabulous designs.

Kim took the time to create this special gown for me last month, when TJ and I were planning our thinger – a stunning delight with a plunged necklace adorned in lace and ruched/bandaged bodice, corset lacing down the back with a full bustle and flowing skirts.. she captured the look and design I so very much dreamed of.

Adding the headpiece (which comes modifiable for resize) and gloves.. Jori is presented, regal and glamorous.  Dressed up for a formal occasion whether a wedding or not, this gown is without a doubt the one to be the center of attention in any room.

“Pink Shirt Day started in a Nova Scotia high school, where a 9th grade boy was being bullied over wearing a pink polo shirt to school.  A couple of grade 12 boys decided to take a stand against the bullying and wear pink in sympathy for the boy who had been so mercilessly prodded at.  They went to a local discount store and bought 50 pink shirts, and distributed them amongst the other boys in their high school.  They stood up for their fellow classmate and against the bullies, and made a real difference in someone’s life. In a place like Second Life, Cyber Bullying runs rampant.  In a virtual world where it is so easy to be anonymous and hide behind your pixels, many people find it the perfect environment to attack and belittle others.  Unfortunately, this can lead to real life emotional distress, even to those who “disconnect” their Second Life and first life” (December Dollinger).

So today, we both wear the Stop Bullying Day shirt for men and women created for Poised.  Styled with Black jeans for both Jori and I, it’s not your average t-shirt.  I’m proud to wear pink today and Jori, being The Pink Princess, looks pretty sexy in this pink for a cause.

These sexy and… suggestive… cargo pants, shown here in denim blue but also available in black, are nicely textured and really unique with both upper and lower leg prims to create a baggy, pocket-filled look that is easy to edit if you need to.  And the open fly, with some sexy Miamai boxer briefs built in, suggests there may be more without going over the edge!  Paired here with the new Dean Jacket in black leather (also available in brown), it’s a great attention-getting combination.  This jacket is beautifully done from texture, to prims, to shading and highlights.  I chose to wear it here without the optional waist prim for a more fitted look and either way it looks amazing:  a must have piece that can be dressed up or down everyday.

The skull shirt I have paired here with jeans and belt buckle from Hoorenbeek and Rot Boots is another fitted, sexy Miamai design.  Texture is bold, even in grey, and the skull back is perfect.

I am not sure what I have done to have met some pretty special people here in SL, but I have to tell you, I am blessed!  Roslin Petion of 5th&Oxford, is one of those special people, and let me tell you, her talent, is without doubt, superb!  And over the past few months, we’ve really talked, and bounced creative ideas off of one another, and well.. she had been teasing me with her newest creation, and dropping photos on me – tonight, she dropped the folder.. and I was excited, then.. the NAME .. HOLY COW.. It’s a JORI!  Thank you Ros, so so much.. for your friendship, your grace, and your talent!

A sweet lil collared blouse, with delicate shading, a trio of buttons at the neckline,  and a sculpted collar.. so sweet!  And adding the outfit.. the skirt .. high-waisted prim perfection, that is totally fun, and flirty, the mix and match styles coming soon to 5th&Oxford, are sure to blow you away!

2Real releases Pure (unisex sneaks) with endless options for creating your own personalized style – a MUST HAVE!

For the Guys:  2Real Okelli’s newest release, the “Pure” sneaker, is a great addition to the shoe closet.  I put these shoes on and was immediately impressed; and, after playing around with the styling and using the simple “touch to resize” menu, they became my new favorite sneakers.  The detailing is impressive, right down to the perfect stitching.  The look is contemporary and casual.

And as if that wasn’t enough, the included Pure HUD makes these sneakers versatile and really cool for the utmost in customization, including changing 14 colors and 5 textures on all or selected single parts of the shoe (you can even change each shoe differently)  and selecting a style for the laces (tied or tucked).  The 2REAL Pure sneakers also includes an automatic update system.  In a next release, I’d like to see some memory positions in the HUD so that reconfiguring is even more simple; but, this is a must have sneaker no matter what.

For the Gals:  Pure and Spec are both amazing!  when I slipped these on – I was totally blown away!  I am not a usual casual, sneaker kinda girl (i am barefoot most of the time) And as TJ pointed out above, the endless styles – the advanced HUD – touch to resize, all super features, and have definitely made it into a “favorite shoes” folder!!

I was concerned seeing the HUD – but once I played a bit *yes I had ALL PINK SHOES* I was impressed, as every single part of the shoe is unique – and will mean total customization!  Again, TJ pointed out – the recall/save feature would be a total WIN if added!
