NCAA 06 Football, XBox EA Sports’ popular NCAA FOOTBALL series is back with its 2006 entry, NCAA FOOTBALL 06 for the Xbox. With several major tweaks to the system plus a new gameplay mode, college football fans will be hard pressed to find a more enjoyable football game. The new mode, race for the Heisman, puts players in the role of a high school recruit dreaming about making it big in college football. Players can select from one of eight different positions to play, including quarterback, running back, and linebacker, and then run a drill that determines stats and the all-important scholarship money. Once players have created their character, they have four seasons of regular play to make as many big plays as possible to attract the Heisman trophy voters. Players can also visit their character’s dorm room to view fan mail, trophies, and pictures. Several of the other modes have been upgraded since NCAA FOOTBALL 05. The dynasty mode, for example, now includes in-season recruiting, allowing players to put pressure on up-and-coming high schoolers. Four spring drill mini-games are included to help players practice skills like passing and defense. Online play is also available and includes ladders, leaderboards, and tournaments in addition to regular gameplay. Football gamers will enjoy the new modes included in NCAA FOOTBALL 06, especially the race for the Heisman. The updated gameplay and graphics plus online play, when added to the game’s already large number of characters, schools, and modes, make NCAA FOOTBALL 06 a must-have game.

Zoozen Protector Xbox 360 Game Disc Protection One of the biggest flaw of the Xbox 360 (among the many qualities that makes it an amazing videogame machine) is the problem of damaged/scratched CD/DVD discs, mostly when the console is moved while reading a disc. Zoozen came up with a simple, easy to install solution to once for all fix this problem! The Protector 360 is easy to install, only requires a minute to do so, and with its low price is a great deal to protect your expensive games!
Customer Review: Impossible to install
I purchased this and tried to install it on my new Xbox 360 Elite. Installation was a failure. It was very hard to slide the drive shut without the pads adhering to top of the drive bay along the way. When I managed that, blowing into the straw was impossible - the drive bay being fully closed as illustrated completely cut off air flow. Opening it slightly (very slightly) allowed me to blow in - and I did (and very hard). I then allowed the air to release / even attempted to suck on the straw a little to make sure the applicator was deflated, but there was not enough clearance for the applicator to be removed without it pulling out all three of the recently applied pads.

I’ve contacted zoozen about this. Maybe the elite has a smaller clearance, or maybe there is actually something I didn’t know about the installation (hint: their pictogram installation instructions are terrible. Some written, English instructions would have helped me to understand if there was any nuances on how to install).

I’ll update when I hear back from them, but for now - I really don’t recommend you buy this - it seems impossible to install.

tl;dr - great idea, but doesn’t work.
