This session focuses on the 3 major types of interviews; the networking, telephone and face-to-face interviews. After reviewing the flow of an interview session and discussing behavioral questioning, the participants will have an opportunity to practice an interview. The session will allow time for the participants to assess their job skills and develop behavioral examples of these. A portion of the program will deal with the power of networking and developing an "Elevator Pitch" to use with networking contacts. Valuable resources will be provided.

Presenter Nancy Anderson is a solution-driven training & development leader with over 25 years experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development and relationship management in the pharmaceutical, finance and insurance industries.

This class shows how to work with data in a spreadsheet using pivot tables in order to better analyze it.

This is an intermediate level class and you must already be familiar with Excel 2007 or previous version, and have basic computer knowledge such as using the mouse, keyboarding, creating and saving files, and downloading files from the internet to save onto the Desktop.

Class size is limited and registration is required; sign up begins January 15th.

Other topics covered include instruction on working with windows and a discussion of computer terminology.
