Plants on Office Table

My big boss is a loyal green supporter. To influence all of us love and support to maintenance green environment, she had done a lots of efforts. One of her idea is each and every staff having our own plant on our office table.

We got the little pot of plants around one year ago. All of us have to take the responsible to take good care of the plants. Our plants become the famous topic in the office. We do compared to each others whose plant is grown nicely, bigger, fast growing or die faster. :P

It is the fact that office table growing a little green helps to relax our mind. Besides helping to generate fresh oxygen and eliminate odors, it is the best friend of us helping us rest our eyes and relax our mind especially at the tension office hours. It's bright our day.

I am having 4 pots of different plants on my table. I had learned to managed my table always be tidy so that the clean and greenness looks great all the time.

This is one of the way to love our environment, isn't it?

Fresh Air Needed

It's seems like we have lesser chances to go outdoor due to bad weather. I am really particular concern with the current situation. The haze seems like never leave us. Even though we are enjoying raining season now but still, the haze comes back really fast.

I know not much people care about the bad air and continue their life as usual. But I just can not stop myself to complain how long I need to continue staying at home without much outdoor activity. But who I can complaint to?

There are of course lots of indoor games that we can enjoy but I am preferred my kids go for outdoor games. Playing under the sun, on the field or on the beaches and enjoy the fresh air. Don't you agree that this is one of the healthy living?

The baseball equipment that we brought online last year, we just used it once only. That's was the great memory that we have for the one and only baseball game. Shall I say we are lucky that at least we have chance to try the game before?

Besides that, the swimsuits, basketball, bikes, sport shoes, caps, all are leaving at home and getting covered by dusts.

Give me back the fresh air! I want the fresh air back! Anyone tell me how soon the air pollution will end?

Health Awareness

I am worry with my health since most of the people that I meet told me that I looks so slim recently.

I am fully aware of the dangerous of weight loss with unknown reason will be one of the illness symptom.

I keep good practice and exercise at least once a week. I avoid junk food all the time. And I eat veggie more than meat most of the dining time.

I just learned recently the 7 Foods That Fight Cancer which I will started to consume more so that I will have no chance to have a friend called cancer. This is the one I most worry. :P

The only things that I can not escape is the working pressure. Tension life is one of the reason for one person easily getting sickness isn't it? This is the only one that I need to face it and keep on remind myself so to have some relax times to keep good health.

It's true that prevention is always better than Cure. The most importance is we do aware our problem and keep good habits to stay healthily.

Time Together

I just can not believe that hubby is addicted to Facebook. He spend so much of time sit in front of the computer most of the time at home which I thought he is having heavy workload and need to work hard at home recently. I only released that I am wrong when I saw him playing online gambling at Facebook.

I know well of my hubby. He is the kind of cheese-paring as me. The only gambling we will involve will be the fun during Chinese New Year. This is the game that almost all of us will play during Chinese New Year, isn’t it? :P

Honestly, his gambling skill is better than me. Every time when he plays, I will sit beside and I will not join in the game together. Even though people said gambling not only need good skill but depends on luck as well but I just stand that hubby winning my money. LOL

He is addicted with online casino too recently. This is what I unexpected. Anywhere, as long as he willing to stay at home every night, as a smart wife, I should not give him any more complaint. :P

Online poker is the game he likes. This is the game which hubby teach me many times but still I feel I have no luck to win with this game.

For me, I like simple and easy game. Playing online game is fun and relaxing so I not prefer those games need to use brain to think and spend time to break the tricks. Online slots will be my first choice.

So, since he is so free at home, this is normally what we do when both of us playing online game together. I sit beside him using my notebook and he plays online with his PC. Both of us play different game, and we chat non-stop. I enjoy the time with him very much.

I found this photo and I am in love with the image. Black and white photo, I think this is very suit to my mood now. I am setting it as my office computer wallpaper now.

I suddenly have an idea. How great if this image can become my blog background. Unfortunately I am totally out of idea how to do it. I have no knowledge of HTML code at all. *sigh*

But another question comes to my mind now: will my post hard to read after the photo becomes the background image?

How to know if never try? My first assignment now is to learn how to embed this image as webpage background. Who is willing to help me?

Do you afraid of taking the drug test? This shouldn't be a problem for those who keeping health living. But for those who know what they had done and force to pass the drug test, they are lucky to have the helps of drug detox kits.

How many of you will need to buy detox kit to enable you to pass the drug test? How many times you had tried before? How is the progress? Is the result as per what you wish?

There are so many types of detox kits. Do you know which to choose? Before you choose, perhaps you may take some time to know more about how to pass a drug test.

One of my colleagues advises me to invest in silver coins as a new precious metals investor. I talked with my colleagues about the gold and silver investment during lunch hour. I told them I prefer invest in silver because I have limited budget. He encouraged me to buy silver because the demand is higher now. He given me so many info about the precious metal investment and I thought he is one of the investors as well, but actually he is not. He just loves to learn and share with me what he knew. I did hear this kind of con via phone before I received this email. I think it's good to spread and forward so that everyone is beware.

Maybe you will think that you are smart enough and you may not get cheated. But please share this info to your family members and friends so that every one is aware about the tricks. Always learn from people's experience and we should always smarter than the con man.

I cannot stop myself from sharing this with all of you.

Its all started when I received a call from someone claimed that he was Maxis asking me to shutdown phone for 2 hours for 3G update to take place. As I was rushing for a meeting, I did not question any shutdown my cell phone.

After 45 minutes I feel very suspicious since the caller did not even introduce his name. I quickly turned on back my cell phone back and I received several numbers of call; few numbers from my family members and the other numbers was from the number that call me before; 3954380.

I called my parents and I was shocked that they sounded very worry asking me whether I am safe. My parents told me that they received a call from someone claimed that they have me with them and asking for money to let me free. The call was so real and my parents even heard my voice crying out loud asking for help. My parent was at the bank waiting for next call to proceed for money transfer. I told my parents that I am safe and asking them to lodge a police report.

Right after that I received again call from the guy asking me to shutdown my cell phone for another 1 hour which this time I refused to do so and hung up. They keep calling my cell phone until the battery run down. I myself lodge a police report and was informed by the officer that this kind of scam always reported. MOST of the cases reported that the victim already transferred the money! And it is impossible to get back the money. Bank can only returned back the money if the owners of the account agree to do so or there is a court order.

Guys, be careful that this kind of scam might happened to any of us!!!

Those guys are so professional and very convincing during calls. If you asked to shutdown your cell phone for updates by the service provider, ASK AROUND! Your friend should receive the same call.

Any Customer Service should introduce their NAME AT THE BEGINNING of the call. Ignore them if you don't get a name at the beginning of the call. If you received instructions from unrecognized number/person that you are not sure, make your own judgment.
The BEST is DO NOT RESPONSE If you cannot pickup your loved one's call, DO GIVE A CALLBACK immediately! Update your loved one with ALTERNATE CONTACT wherever you are.

If you think you are SMART that you cannot be cheated, You are wrong!

I am worrying since the day I knew my part time job will be ended this September. I am full aware of my financial problem. If I can not find a replacement, for sure I will facing more difficulty to continue survive.

Maybe the only thing I can do is to try my luck on usa online casino. Don't you agree that this is the faster way to get some extra money? But for me, I really need to spend some time as I know that different casinos having different rules and bonuses and the best way is to do some survey or study by reading on the review pages.

Some people may not true on the reviews but I do believe the more you read the more you know so you can do the comparison with people's experience and judgment base on what you had learned and your own experiences. I love salad very much. I did asked myself why I love it. This question comes to my mind since one of my friends asked me the same question. I have no answer at that moment but now finally I get my answer.

First, I am no good in cooking. Or maybe I should admit that I don't like to cook. So, very simple and easy recipe is my favorite. So, now you know why I love salad very much! LOL

Here is the salad dinners I just come across. Just look at the picture I already can not control my saliva come out from my mouth. Yes, I am hungry now!

TV, Dramas, Movies

What is the best entertainment at home? For many people, maybe they will choose computer, internet and online as their favorable entertainment at home but I will choose TV, drama or movie as my best entertainment at home.

Laying on sofa, snacks and soft drinks on coffee table and watching to dramas. This is the best which I missed since I give birth to my first princess. When they are baby, I put all my concentration to them and I choose to leave my entertainment. But now, I have not permitted to watch TV as my two little princesses will not allow me to do so. *lol* My princesses love to play with me and this make me can not concentrate with the story line of the dramas and movies. So I forced to give up watching TV......

This question keep pop into my mind since the day I knew that own domain is more valuable when it is not host in the free hosting. When the time I started my blog, I choose free hosting is because I wished to save cost. But the main reason is because blogging is totally new to me. I have no much knowledge about those hosting stuffs....

Honestly and sham to tell you that, I still have no idea how and where to start. I wish to move so that I can bring up my blog value. This looks hard for me as I really don't know what the step that I need to do.

I did find the list of some of the popular and best web hosting. But I still no dare to get started. Why? Because I am so afraid all my hard work in this blog will gone in the wind.

Do you think I am silly? Maybe I am. Perhaps some one with good knowledge can guide me or even help me to solve my problem. I wish to move. But not dare to do by my own because I really lead of acknowledge about this and I have totally no confident at all.

Before this I am wonder if the mobile phone drop in the water, then it will be the end of its useful life. Now I know I am wrong.

The Internet and the Financial Crisis

How importance Internet is in your life? Internet is a must to me as my work related to computer and online. I can not escape from emails; online wed search, dictionary, blogging as well as buying online almost everyday.

What is the internet can do in this financial crisis? I just come across an article with the titles: The Internet and the Financial Crisis and I learned that the internet is really plays an importance role in this difficult period.

For me as a normal internet user, I had done almost all the points of the articles. I blogging to express all my happiness and pains, I joined social network to connect friends and relatives as well as meet more internet friends all over the world. I find job via online job hunter company and I find some online jobs which getting some extra income. This is all about the efforts you put and it did have some returns to you. You may find new business opportunity in the internet world with no doubt.

I totally agreed that the internet is the media where people can escape from the reality. Rather than on the television or go for a movie, I prefer staying at home and online. This is the best entertainment for me to relax and enjoy peaceful life.

The Sharing Couple

Everyday I reach my office, the first I do is turn on my computer, receive emails and read emails. I will ignore all those work related emails. :P Although it's already office hour and suppose I need to start my work but I just enjoy reading those emails from my colleagues and friends.

Some emails are meaningful and so touching. Some are latest news. Some are just joke and for fun. Those emails are really bright my days.

Here is one that I feel must share with you all: -

The old man placed an order for one hamburger, French fries and a drink.

He unwrapped the plain hamburger and carefully cut it in half, placing one half in front of his wife.

He then carefully counted out the French fries, dividing them into two piles and neatly placed one pile in front of his wife.

He took a sip of the drink, his wife took a sip and then set the cup down between them . As he began to eat his few bites of hamburger, the people around them were looking over and whispering.

Obviously they were thinking, 'That poor old couple - all they can afford is one meal for the two of them.'

As the man began to eat his fries a young man came to the table and politely offered to buy another meal for the old couple. The old man said, they were just fine - they were used to sharing everything

People closer to the table noticed the little old lady hadn't eaten a bite. She sat there watching her husband eat and occasionally taking turns sipping the drink.

Again, the young man came over and begged them to let him buy another meal for them. Th is time the old woman said 'No, thank you, we are used to sharing everything.'

Finally, as the old man finished and was wiping his face neatly with the napkin, the young man again came over to the little old lady who had yet to eat a single bite of food and asked 'What is it you are waiting for?'

She answered.....

It's not easy to be a successful boss. I had worked for more than 5 companies and I found that most of them are in the same group. They are very good in communication. They can generate sales very fast. Some of them even earning high margin and this makes them having excess money to extend their business to different fields. I do agree that this is the importance factor to run a business. With no sales, how are you going to continue your business?

But with good sales figure not means that you are in good cash position. If the bosses know how importance is the debt collection, I am sure they will never fail.

There will be no problem for those who dealing in cash term for sure. But for those business giving credit terms, the bosses must fully monitor their creditor's credits. Not only they need to be strict with the credit limit given but they also need to beware of those debts which are over the credit terms given

A successful deal is completed sales with collection on time.

No matter how strong your financial situation is, with the collection then only the business can continue to grow.

Mammograms VS Thermography

Mammograms - ladies, please note it for health reasons and send them to other ladies that you know and gentlemen, please disseminate this email to all the ladies in your lives Well for starters mammograms expose your body to radiation that can be 1,000 times greater than that from a chest x-ray,which poses risks of cancer. Mammography also compresses your breasts tightly, and often painfully, which could lead to a lethal spread of cancerous cells, should they exist.

"The pre-menopausal breast is highly sensitive to radiation, each 1 radiation exposure increasing breast cancer risk by about 1 percent, with a cumulative 10 percent increased risk for each breast over a decade's screening," points out Dr. Samuel Epstein, one of the top cancer experts.

Dr. Epstein, M.D., professor emeritus of Environmental and Occupational Medicine at the University of Illinois School of Public Health , and chairman of the Cancer Prevention Coalition, has been speaking out about the risks of mammography since at least 1992.

As for how these misguided mammography guidelines came about, Epstein says: "They were conscious, chosen, politically expedient acts by a small group of people for the sake of their own power, prestige and financial gain, resulting in suffering and death for millions of women.

They fit the classification of "crimes against humanity.""

Not surprisingly, as often happens when anyone dares speak out against those in power, both the American Cancer Society and NCI called Dr. Epstein's findings "unethical and invalid."

But this didn't stop others from speaking out as well. In July 1995, The Lancet again wrote about mammograms, saying "The benefit is marginal, the harm caused is substantial, and the costs incurred are enormous ..."

Dr. Charles B. Simone, a former clinical associate in immunology and pharmacology at the National Cancer Institute, said, "Mammograms increase the risk for developing breast cancer and raise the risk of spreading or metastasizing an existing growth."

"The high sensitivity of the breast, especially in young women, to radiation-induced cancer was known by 1970. Nevertheless, the establishment then screened some 300,000 women with Xray dosages so high as to increase breast cancer risk by up to 20 percent in women aged 40 to 50 who were mammogramed annually," wrote Dr. Epstein.

Safe Screening Methods do Exist: The Benefits of Thermography

But you're not likely to hear about them from your general practitioner." ... The establishment ignores safe and effective alternatives to mammography, particularly trans illumination with infrared scanning,"

Dr. Epstein points out. Most physicians continue to recommend mammograms for fear of being sued by a woman who develops breast cancer after which he did not advise her to get one. But I encourage you to think for yourself and consider safer, more effective alternatives to mammograms.

The option for breast screening that I most highly recommend is called Thermography.

Thermographic breast screening is brilliantly simple. It measures the radiation of infrared heat from your body and translates this information into anatomical images. Your normal blood circulation is under the control of your autonomic nervous system, which governs your body functions.

Thermography uses no mechanical pressure or ionizing radiation, and can detect signs of breast cancer years earlier than either mammography or a physical exam.

Mammography cannot detect a tumor until after it has been growing for years and reaches a certain size.

Thermography is able to detect the possibility of breast cancer much earlier, because it can image the early stages of angiogenesis (the formation of a direct supply of blood to cancer cells, which is a necessary step before they can grow into tumors of size).

Look at what I found online! I just can't wait to share with you this adorable funly punky infant hat. This design is really nice, it's my favorite pink some more. :P

I am considering whether to order one for my friend's new born baby. But we are living in Malaysia which 365 days are summer! This adorable hat is made from acrylic yarn and is hand knitted. The only place this will be use or wear is if the baby got chances to go to Genting Highland or Cameron Highland. :P

Where is your dream honeymoon location? My sis has plenty of romantic honeymoon ideas until she don't know which to go for.

My sis showed me lots of wedding packages before her wedding. I know that she wishes to have a romantic honeymoon every much. She keeps talking to us about her romantic honeymoon packages. Among her choices romantic cancun vacation package is the one I love the most.

I though they had already booked their trip as I keep on searching for the related travel info for them. Unfortunately my sis told me that her hubby needs to start work at the next day of their wedding and their honeymoon plan forced to delay. What a bad news!

I am looking for Part time job now. I will be free on every Saturday. I do wish I can find a new job very soon. I know it's hard to get part time job nowadays. But I really need one.

I do appreciate Jess approach me to run online business. It's my wish actually but unfortunately I have no source. If I have some creative handcraft or some thing handmade special that's will be the best for sure but that's totally not my strength.

I have no luck to be a boss. Under employment is my only main source of income, I think.

Perhaps I manage to get new part time job very soon. PRAY HARD!

Power Cut (2-14 hrs) Tenaga for Whole M'sia till 8th Aug 09

I received this email for some times but I have not intention to view it until today. Luckily I go and check the power cut schedule. The work will carry on at my area 5 days later. It's going to be 6 hours maintenance works started from 11.00am. I am going to tell my mother in law not to buy extra veggie and foods to keep in freezer this weekend.

I am wondering why TNB schedule their maintenance work to my area primary school tomorrow. How are they going to study and teach without electricity power supply? No fans, no computers, no lights. Will the school announce the power off hours to be free session? :P

Among the jewelers, I love bracelets the most. This is why I always wearing custom design bracelets. I seldom wear necklaces because I feel a bit uncomfortable when I wearing it. Especially after I give birth to my children, I seldom wear necklaces. As a mom, for sure you will have the experience when you baby pull your necklace and you need to ‘hurt’ your baby a bit to rescue your necklace. lol

Earring is the one that I don’t like. Why? I having a bad experience when I comb my hair and I accidently pull the earring and that result my eardrop bleeding. What a silly woman! :P
