Almost a year since my last post... I totally neglected this blog. I really hope to regain some motivation and get back to frequent posting.<br /> A few months ago I bought a Wacom tablet - <a href="http://www.amazon.co.uk/Wacom-Intuos4-PTK-540-WL-Wireless-Tablet/dp/B003AM8F8O">Intuous 4 WL</a>. I connected it to my <a href="http://www.ubuntu.com/">Ubuntu 11.04</a> system and it's working great. Well, except for some small issues that I'm too lazy to sort out like the LED buttons display.<br /> Anyway, I'm still trying to figure out digital painting. I'm using an amazing (and totally free) application called <a href="http://mypaint.intilinux.com/">MyPaint</a>. It's so much fun and intuitive to use.<br /> So... this is a quick sketch done with Intuous4 + MyPaint.Yariv Altmanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05797234831670311880noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5547217009732322611.post-33173367182072981162010-10-23T20:33:00.000+02:002010-10-23T20:33:16.036+02:00<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/yarival/5107125092/" title="Superabbi by .yarival, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1433/5107125092_04f0f88e6a.jpg" width="436" height="500" alt="Superabbi" /></a><br /> Illustration for a short story.Yariv Altmanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05797234831670311880noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5547217009732322611.post-38698322355121813162010-10-16T23:30:00.000+02:002010-10-16T23:30:20.176+02:00<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/yarival/5087618688/" title="Three by .yarival, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4126/5087618688_d1f926b5b9.jpg" width="378" height="500" alt="Three" /></a>Yariv Altmanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05797234831670311880noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5547217009732322611.post-35552404701253288702010-10-07T11:20:00.000+02:002010-10-07T11:20:38.905+02:00<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/yarival/5059560620/" title="Rachmieli by .yarival, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4113/5059560620_efacf69a13.jpg" width="500" height="472" alt="Rachmieli" /></a><br /> It's been a while since my last post.
