Dance, breathe, stretch and strengthen your body, mind and spirit. Access your body’s natural rhythm as we move to fabulous music from around the world.
The core movements in this class are rooted in yoga, qi kung, t’ai chi and a variety of dance genres. Choreographed and free-style movements invite you to dance from your center and flow with your intuitive nature.

Each class includes lots of dance, movement and time for relaxation, stretches and guided meditations.
Wear layered clothing and water bottle.

All Levels Welcome

Listen To Your Body Workshop:

Our body holds vital information, which conventional forms of therapy can’t always help us find. This workshop introduces a way to understand and use this information. Through visual art, language and movement, we become more aware of our body and its messages—once we begin to learn what our body needs, we can develop ways to meet these needs. This daily practice, based on trust and respect, helps us experience more thoroughly the different parts of ourselves. We learn to listen more closely and thus nurture a healthier relationship with our body.

This practice includes movement, drawing, journaling and meditation, so be sure to wear comfortable layers of clothing. Bring a journal, pen, cray-pas or oil pastels (if you have them) sketch pad (9x14 is ideal) and water bottle (I have supplies if needed). Bare feet are encouraged, but indoor shoes are fine, too.
