1. Hydrate: Always keep a bottle on hand – be sure to replace what you loose! Not only will water help you flush out toxins, it also helps keeping your skin looking fab in this heat. If you really want to stay hydrated, then you might want to lessen your caffeine and alcohol intake as these have the tendency to lead water out of the body.

2.Protect yourself from the Sun: Yes, you should wear SPF even if you are indoors – those pesky UV rays do get inside your home/workplace. This is not the time to skimp on the SPF!

3. Keep the air comin’ and goin’: Make sure that your home and office area are well ventilated. This also goes for your choice of clothing allows your body to breath. Keep it loose and light colored.

What do you ...]]> Jamie Chung heats up the red carpet premiere of The Hangover Part III in a deep v-neck dress from Armani. Chung showed off her svelte figure in the body hugging silk number although I wish she’d worn a thin belt – just to avoid being too monochromatic on the bottom part of the dress.

Deep V-Neck dresses look tasteful when you’re not too gifted in the chest area, and if you do decide to go bra-less here’s a great tip: make sure everything is where it should be with fashion tape!  It is also a good idea to look at yourself in the mirror and try out some poses: lean forward, raise your arms, etc.

But aside from the partying and mingling, many celebs were busy promoting their individual films. Among them was Ahna O’Reilly. I didn’t love her character, Elizabeth Leefolt, in the 2011 movie The Help, but I definitely admired her character’s ’60s style. The array of floral dresses she wore gave me no end of ’60s fashion fantasies.

It turned out that in real life, Ahna can give Elizabeth Leefolt a run for her money when it comes to fashion chops.

Ahna wore a swoon-worthy Georges Hobeika dress on the seventh day of the festival. The dress — with its sheer material, sequin adornment, appliqués, and a full floral skirt — looks like one a fairy tail princess would wear. This is taking spring to the next level!

This Georges Hobeika dress is from the designer’s spring/summer 2013 collection. Ahna did a great job picking this from among the dresses in this collection. I think she looked divine in it. The dress suited her feminine features. The low-rise bun was also a nice touch. It allowed the dress to shine more.

She was effortlessly sexy and stylish wearing a floral number from Prabal Gurung. Unlike all those bodycon-wearing celebutantes, this A-lister knows how to be sexy without showing too much.

She definitely deserves the new title given by People magazine because not a lot of Hollywood celebs can pull off the sexy but classy look. This stunner is sizzling even in a long-sleeved frock and with barely there makeup.

The sophisticated frock features a gorgeous oriental print and leather details. The union of floral and bondage is a little unexpected, but the mixture surprisingly works well, even with that hanging chain belt.

Although it was supposed to be a moment for Justin to promote his latest movie, Inside Llewyn Davis, his 31-year-old wife definitely stole the spotlight in an artsy color-blocked dress.

The dress seems like an art piece and is therefore very difficult to miss. It definitely showed off more of Jessica’s fashion sense.

It dominantly features black and white, and that alone is already eye-catching; however, those statement boucle sleeves in orange make the dress more conspicuous. It’s a stunning piece! And those sleeves were a smart addition as they added a pop of spring/summer color to the black and white combination.

Now, aside from the multicolored coloblocks, there’s also a draped cutout at the belly that makes it look like a two-piece outfit. Interesting, right? Unfortunately, Jessica didn’t show that cutout; still, she looked good in the dress — she was elegant in this artistically designed outfit. We didn’t get to see the entire look of the dress on the actress, but it actually features a mid-length hem with side slits.

But then, she always looks perfect on the red carpet (or in this case, the grass carpet?).

The 27-year old vixen lent her voice to the movie’s main female character, Mary Katherine, making this her very first dubbing stint. The film also stars the voices of actors Colin Farrell and Josh Hutcherson.

Amanda dressed up in a red spring dress from Preen. Red is really her color (which is probably one of the reasons why they chose her to play Red Riding Hood in her past film).

Amanda isn’t one to go over the top in her fashion choices. At the Epic premiere, she kept her accessories simple and minimal. She let the dress take the limelight with its eye-popping color and contrasting print.

The dress is from Preen’s fall/winter 2013 collection, but it looks like it has been tailor-fitted for spring and summer. I can’t find it anywhere though. The dress is probably not available online yet, but you can check it out on Preen’s official site.

She has a fit body that can carry this studded bandage dress beautifully, but for some reason, we find it hard to declare the actress a total hottie. What do you think?
