Today i experienced some twitches on my left eye. Wait, do you know twitch? In Indonesian, we call it “kedutan”. Some say it is a sign of a good thing. I will receive some fortunes. Unfortunately not all twitches are a sign of a good thing. I prefer to believe this article rather than those kind of superstitions. Maybe i am too tired today. I need some rest.

Can we compile it?

Look at the source code above, can we compile it using javac Child.java? What are the outputs if we run it using java Child?

That simple question is actually easy, but nobody has answered it correctly in my class (Object Oriented Programming, Undergraduate). What do you think?

Most Indonesian people already know Gado-gado. Are they know about Mixed vegetables with boiled eggs and peanut sauce? Food with “exotic” names are more expensive, that is fine dining. This guy (Dade Akbar) polished ordinary Indonesian food into fine dining quality, with some kind of boosts on the presentation.

(Lanjutan) Instalasi iAtkos L1 di Dell Inspiron 4050

Beberapa hari yang lalu saya kembali mendapat kesempatan untuk bereksperimen menginstall iAtkos di Dell Inspiron 4050, laptop milik teman saya. Dulu saya juga pernah menulis pengalaman menginstall Hackintosh di laptop ini.

Instalasi terdahulu rusak karena partisi Hackintoshnya corrupt, kemungkinan disebabkan oleh software Paragon HFS yang diinstall di Windows, yang memungkinkan kita bisa membaca filesystem Mac dari Windows.

Berdasarkan pengalaman sebelumnya, saya kembali meracik USB Flashdisk installer dengan langkah:

Restore iso image iAtkos L1 ke USB Flashdisk berukuran 8 GB.
Install Chameleon Bootloader ke USB Flashdisk tersebut

Saya sempat bingung karena USB Flashdisk tersebut gagal untuk boot ke installer. Saya juga sempat meracik lagi USB Flashdisk installer dengan menggunakan image Lion GM. Ternyata gagal juga. Permasalahannya sama: tidak bisa boot ke installer.

Ternyata solusinya mudah: partisi HFS+ yang sebelumnya ada (dalam kondisi corrupt) harus diformat terlebih dahulu. Saya mencoba mem-format ke format FAT32. Begitu saya coba boot, ternyata langsung berhasil, langsung masuk ke installer.

Untuk driver-driver bisa mencoba N4050 Lion Kit. Walaupun tertulis untuk processor Core i3, tapi bagi anda yang memakai Core i5 atau Core i7 juga bisa menggunakan kumpulan driver tersebut
