Here is the dessert table, I decided to go with a blue and pink color scheme, with an old-fashioned candy shoppe look.

Every guest got a cute chef’s hat and rolling pin to roll out their cookies. I made a pink ruffle cake with two layers, one pink one blue.

I found the cutest fondant cupcake toppers from Cakes and Kids.

Since the guests were only 7 and 8 I decided to keep the baking simple, they rolled their own cookie dough and then decorated them after I cooked them.

I used wooden spoons and daisy top jars to match the old fashioned look of the printable party items.

The kids got to show off their creations. I also sent home a thank you card that matched the invite personalized with a picture of all the guests with their chef hats on.

I used light pink and yellow as my main colors, but you can change the look by choosing blue and yellow, or blue and pink, or anything that suits your needs.

My favorite part of making this party display were the mini rainbow cake stacks.

You can use multicolored gumballs and arrange them in layers or patterns to match you rainbow themed party.
