In this workout, the focus is on improving your biceps, front of the shoulders, and the sides of the arms. It&#8217;s a quick upper body workout that will get your muscles burning fast to get rid of flabby arms. Beautiful arms are yours for the taking! It&#8217;s just up to you to take the time to put in the work. Now let&#8217;s do this&#8230;</p>

<p>Use light to medium weights for this workout. If you do not have dumbbells, grab a couple of soup cans and get to work. Remember to stand tall. Do not hunch over or swing your body for momentum to lift the weights (that&#8217;s cheating). Do not hold your breath &#8212; remember to breath in and out. This workout is designed with minimal rest periods for an optimal muscle burn, but listen to your body and take a break if you absolutely need to.</p>

Also add salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. The mixture should be thick. Spray your <strong><a href="http://amzn.to/2j7aJvy" target="_blank" rel="noopener">muffin tin</a></strong> and scoop in the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 22-25 minutes. Omelet muffins reheat very well, and they aren’t just for breakfast. These are great for anytime of day: breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacking!</p>

Prep everything the night before by hard boiling the eggs and easily cooking the bacon in the oven (350 degrees for approximately 10-12 minutes). Pack it up in your containers, and the next day you can feed your tummy in a hurry. If you like your bacon warm, it does reheat nicely in the microwave. Store the cooked bacon for up to 3 days in the fridge (be sure to wrap tightly). Boiled eggs will last up to one week in the refrigerator.</p>

You can scroll down for the video link on what happened, but in a nutshell, the doctor was a big time jerk. I left his office frustrated, and just kept working out. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">These are some of the exercises I did to reduce my belly pooch and tighten my abs without a tummy tuck. I still do these exercises to maintain my core. It takes less than 10 mins, 3 times per week to cinch in and tighten your lower abs and lower belly pooch. The second important key to getting rid of belly pudge is to clean up your eating habits. <li>Add da&#8217; buttahs to the toast</li>
<li>Sprinkle with a wee bit of salt</li>
<li>Go to town with the parmesan</li>

<p>Heck yesss. This right here did the trick. The salty-buttery-cheesy combo surely hit the spot, and it take less than 2 minutes to make! It&#8217;s perfect for anytime of day, and it&#8217;s something even a picky kid would gobble up.</p>
<p>When I posted this to <a href="http://www.instagram.com/yumyucky" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>my Instagram</strong></a> someone suggested making the toast even more fancy by adding avocado and/or tomatoes. That is definitely a yes move. Doesn&#8217;t that sound delicious, too?</p>
<p>Because I&#8217;m low carb for the sake of <a href="http://www.yumyucky.com/2017/07/weight-loss-maintenance.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>keeping my mid-section slimmed down</strong></a>, I am very careful about choosing wisely with my carb intake. I&#8217;m not going to waste it on just any ole&#8217; carb. But this slice of toast is royalty.</p>

<h4><strong>OTHER IMPORTANT WEIGHT LOSS MAINTENANCE FACTORS</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Yep, I still do <a href="http://www.yumyucky.com/2014/09/yum-yuckys-guide-intermittent-fasting.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">intermittent fasting</a> </strong>&#8211; it&#8217;s been over 3 years now. I fast 5 times per week, Monday through Friday, and enjoy a few splurges on the weekends.</li>
<li><strong>Hydration is so darn important.</strong> But nope, I don&#8217;t go by that 8 glasses per day rule. I&#8217;m just sure to sip all day long. This includes drinking a glass of water containing <strong><a href="http://amzn.to/2tCy8Zw" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bragg&#8217;s Apple Cider Vinegar</a> </strong>first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.</li>
<li><strong>Proper sleep is essential.</strong> You never know how bad your sleep is until you actually <em>get</em> the proper amount of rest. I had been wearing myself thin on sleep, but I&#8217;m finally back to around 7 hours per night. This is has made a big difference in my energy for my morning workouts.</li>
<li><strong>I&#8217;m eating less carbs</strong> &#8212; finally found that perfect balance! My <strong><a href="http://www.yumyucky.com/2017/06/easy-paleo-pancakes-recipe.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Easy Paleo Pancakes</a></strong> are one way I&#8217;m still enjoying my favorite foods while reducing my carbs. Cutting out excess carbs has made a big difference in my mid-section!</li>
<li><strong>Less cardio and <em>more</em> strength training.</strong> Cardio does not give you beautiful curves or a nice, lifted but. You gotta strength train for that.</li>
<li><strong>Make yourself a priority.</strong> You cannot give all of yourself and become a dry well.  Take care of YOU!</li>

Most white flour foods hurt my belly now, including the average pancakes, which bloat me terribly. It was time to find an alternative to replace the white flour foods that give me grief.</p>
<p>Everything lined up perfectly, as I ran across <strong><a href="http://amzn.to/2rSfWGn" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Paleo Baking Flour</a></strong> just after making that decision. I was hesitant at first because the mix costs more than normal flour (the mix is a blend of almond flour, coconut flour, arrowroot starch and tapioca flour), yet I&#8217;m all for it now with no qualms at all, because it&#8217;s just what I needed.</p>
<h3><strong>But what exactly does Paleo mean?</strong></h3>
<p>Paleo is eating with a caveman mindset for the sake weight loss and staying fit. The focus is on meats, veggies, fish, nuts, seeds, and anything else you can hunt and gather as opposed to eating grains. This makes white flour a huge Paleo no-no. Although I don&#8217;t follow a Paleo diet per-se, the Paleo concept regarding flour has helped to keep my belly from hurting.</p>
<p>So yes, I am most definitely in love with my <strong><a href="http://amzn.to/2rSfWGn" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Paleo Pancakes using Bob&#8217;s Red Mill</a></strong>. It&#8217;s a convenient way to whip up pancakes, muffins, waffles, cake, cookies, pizza crust and other floury things that you love.</p>

These pancakes were a hit with my entire family. Not one of them bitched a fit with complaints about the taste or texture. Paleo pancakes are very easy to enjoy. There&#8217;s no reason for me to go back to eating the white flour stuff again&#8230;ever.</p>

Even as I write this I am ready to hit up the grocery store again for some more Naan bread. I&#8217;m making Naan bread pizza again for dinner tonight!</p>
<p>Naan is an Indian flatbread that is perfect for pizza-making. Although it resembles a pita, Naan is way more delicious and has proven to NOT bloat me like other breads can do. I choose to NOT add cheese to this pizza for the sake of my weight maintenance, but feel free to build this pizza any &#8216;ole way you wish and add any toppings you darn well please.</p>
