It is also important not to sink into fear and guilt.  Those who are in extreme suffering do not need more of these negative emotions, they need our positive energy and courage.  &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;To manage our own feelings when we see fellow humans in a hell-realm it is helpful, as always, to do our practice.   Whether it is our prayer, meditation practice, breathing, or posture practice, or better yet - all of them. To find them, place your fingertips on the U-shaped notch at the top of the breastbone, right about where a man knots his tie. Then move your fingers out to each side and down about an inch. Most people have small depressions there. Stimulating these points clears reversals, which is important before beginning any energy intervention. It gets the energy flowing in a forward direction and jump-starts the energy system so we feel more alert and energetic.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Crossing your hands while thumping on the K-27 points is not essential but it has the added benefit of emulating the body's energies crossing at the neck. Keep thumping the K-27 points while taking three deep breaths.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Techniques:&lt;br /&gt;• place your fingers in the area just under your collar bone (clavicle) and just outward from your breast bone&lt;br /&gt;• tap or massage this area firmly, breathing deeply, for twenty seconds&lt;br /&gt;• place the middle finger of one hand into your naval, the other hand spreads across the points that were just tapped&lt;br /&gt;• gently pull up the finger that is in the naval, stretching the lower abdomen, and take three deep breaths&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Benefits:&lt;br /&gt;• energize you if you are feeling drowsy&lt;br /&gt;• focus you if you are having difficulty concentrating&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1b - Thymus Thump&lt;br /&gt;According to Dr. John Diamond, author of Life Energy, the thymus gland controls the life energy of the body. The Greek word thymos actually means "life energy!"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Techniques:&lt;br /&gt;• take your fingers of one or both hands and place them in the middle of the breast bone&lt;br /&gt;• firmly tap this thymus point for about twenty seconds, breathing deeply&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Benefits:&lt;br /&gt;• stimulate all of your energies&lt;br /&gt;• boost your immune system&lt;br /&gt;• increase your strength and vitality&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1c - Thump Spleen (Neurolymphatic ) Points&lt;br /&gt;These points are part of the lymph system, which aids the immune system by removing toxins from the body.  The spleen neurolymphatic points are the depression between the 7th and 8th rib, just below the level of the breastbone (sternum). Find the points by moving your hand beneath your breasts, straight under the nipples, then move them down over the next rib. (These points are not under the ribcage, that's going down too far). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thumping the Spleen Neurolymphatic Reflex Points removes toxins, fights infection, modulates blood chemistry and hormones, counters dizziness and stress, synchronize body’s rhythms and helps metabolize food. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If these points are really sore, stimulate them by rubbing and the soreness should disappear in a few days. These points can be stimulates while taking three deep breaths, and even longer --- for two or three minutes at a time.”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Techniques:&lt;br /&gt;• place your fingers on your rib cage under your chest or breasts&lt;br /&gt;• firmly tap these spleen points for about 15 seconds, breathing deeply&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Benefits:&lt;br /&gt;• lift your energy level&lt;br /&gt;• balance your blood chemistry&lt;br /&gt;• strengthen your immune system&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 - Cross Crawl&lt;br /&gt;http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iveP_cEKmWA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"When energy is unable to cross over, it slows down dramatically. It begins to move in a homolateral pattern straight up and down the body and the body's ability to heal is severely diminished."  - Donna Eden &amp;amp; David Feinstein, PhD  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For full functioning, energy and information must flow naturally in a contralateral or cross-over pattern, i.e., from left brain to right-body, from right brain to left-body, weaving unhindered from side to side. When you've been in a stationary position for a while, your body's energy flow may shift temporarily to a HOMOLATERAL energy-flow pattern. So…? You feel physically stumbly and mentally bumbly!  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If I have been seated at the computer for hours, or even in my easy chair, my thinking becomes sluggish, I move awkwardly when I stand, and my energy feels low. When I first rise in the morning, my gait is lumbering and I'm poorly coordinated. That's because my energy flow is homolateral. It's as though my only energy source is two columns of feeble AAA batteries, one running up the left side of my body, the other up the right, with no energy contacts between.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Persons who are wheel-chair bound or who suffer enduring or recurring fatigue-type illness often develop a chronic homolateral energy-flow pattern (Eden, 1998).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tap your K-27 points to ensure your energies are traveling in the natural direction then start the cross crawl for about a minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Technique:&lt;br /&gt;• while standing, lift  your right arm above your head&lt;br /&gt;• simultaneously, lift your left leg off the floor, bending it at the knee&lt;br /&gt;• when bringing your right arm down, take your left arm above your head&lt;br /&gt;• simultaneously, lift your right leg off the floor, bending it at the knee&lt;br /&gt;• repeat the above steps in an exaggerated march, breathing deeply for about one minute&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cross Crawl when seated&lt;br /&gt;Even when seated, you can do a Cross-Crawl movement by lifting your knees alternately, and touching each raised knee with the opposite hand or elbow. Persons with chronic-fatigue and those who have experienced head trauma seem to benefit from regular cross-over exercise.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you're in a situation or condition which makes doing the physical Cross Crawl action impossible, just imagine it! See yourself walking energetically with arms swinging. Visualize yourself skating rhythmically, or cross-country skiing! These energies are referred to as subtle energies and are the key to energy medicine and healing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When you are feeling fearful, sad or vulnerable, you may be picking up on other people's negative thoughts and energies. The central meridian that regulates your central nervous system runs like a zipper from your pubic bone up to your bottom lip. By tracing this pathway with the more subtle energies of your hands, you can draw energy along this line and zip it up. The Zip Up will help you to feel more confident and positive about yourself and your surroundings. It will enhance your inner strengths and assist you to think more clearly. It will also shield you from negative energies and thought forms.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;• stand with your spine straight and legs hip width apart&lt;br /&gt;• place your straight fingers and hands at your pubic bone&lt;br /&gt;• slowly, inhale as you move your hands straight up the center of your body to your mouth&lt;br /&gt;• exhale, placing your straight fingers and hands back to the pubic bone&lt;br /&gt;• repeat five times, inhaling as you move your hands to your mouth&lt;br /&gt;• This ends the six steps of your Daily Routine for keeping your energies humming.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6 – The Spinal Flush/Neurolymptics&lt;br /&gt;This is a bit complicated, advice to refer to the book and DVD. Well, I’m the wrong person to ask about things like that as I have little knowledge of world economics. However, I may have a bit of experience with changing energy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As most of you know, our work is based on a few simple principles.&lt;br /&gt;All things are composed of energy and the intelligent mind can direct energy.&lt;br /&gt;Energy is impressed upon matter.&lt;br /&gt;Energy follows thought.&lt;br /&gt;If we think of a past event that causes us to become angry, we are likely to create a feeling of anger.&lt;br /&gt;If we think of a past event that was fearful, we will create fear.&lt;br /&gt;If we think of a past event that was funny, we will laugh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ok, so what happens when we regularly read papers and magazines telling us how bad things are? TV news makes a stronger impression on our mind.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When we buy into the opinions and commentaries of those in the news media, we are letting them tell us what to think. It seems that many people have either forgotten how to think or perhaps they never learned, so they let someone else do their thinking for them. We are affected by what we hear, see and experience, whether we like it or not.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So how do we stop being influenced by the bad news?&lt;br /&gt;Here is how I do it.----- Don’t listen to it.&lt;br /&gt;On most any situation I ask, “Will my life be better or worse because of this?”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If the activity is not in your best interest, then do something else that is in your best interest. OR if you feel a need to watch TV may I offer a few suggestions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Use your dowsing and check the integrity of the newscaster. Check the value of the information. Ask if the information has a positive or negative effect upon you. If negative, use your dowsing to neutralize the effect upon you. Yes, you can do this because the intelligent mind can direct energy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since we are influenced by what we hear, it is important to create a circle of friends who support each other.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A few years ago, I decided to try an experiment and focused on a few close friends to encourage them and help them in whatever way was needed. They in turn, did the same for me. The results have been very positive for all of us. At least two of them went from terrible financial condition to being prosperous. Others achieved various degrees of success. There were no losers in this experiment. It was a WIN – WIN for everyone.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You can do the same thing. It is what we call, “Pooling our mental resources.” When we combine our energies to work on a project, we seem to be able to get better information and success. You don’t need a lot of people involved. It is important that you work ONLY with people with whom you are compatible. Dowse to check your compatibility. Avoid people who cause disruption in your projects as well as whiners and complainers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ok, so you want to make a difference but don’t know what to do. Well, here is what I do.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Each morning and evening I focus on TRANSMUTING FEAR, GREED, CORRUPTON AND ABUSE INTO FIFTH DIMENSIONAL ENERGY.&lt;br /&gt;ANY SITUATION YOU BECOME AWARE OF, THAT IS HARMFUL TO THE LIVES OF YOU, YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS CAN BE CHANGED INTO SOMETHING MORE POSITIVE.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You can practice on a variety of things. You can practice transmuting fear into courage, hate into love, aggressiveness into peace, depression into joy, you get the idea . If you have good intent, it is highly unlikely that you would do any harm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Remember, if you do nothing—nothing will happen. Worry causes stress and feeds the problem. Use your 5 senses, make it REAL.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You can use any method you choose for this pray, dance, sing, dowse, drum or whatever method you believe in.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is no organization to join, no dues to pay, no leaders to follow. This is an effort to encourage people to independently create their own chosen reality.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My friend Faye writes a bit differently and here are her suggestions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Where ever you are we ask you to join us and send energy of wholeness, purity, balance, and peace to the people, the Earth and her waters and air. The best way of sending out peace is to be in a place of peace in your heart, so do something that brings joy and peace to you and then simply think of these things with those feelings in your heart and you will send that energy out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As you think about it, visualize the earth and those you love, being vibrant, pure, in peace and balance, doing the things they choose to do in joy, with respect for all other beings and things; the air clear, clean and refreshing; the water sparkling as it plays over the rocks, crystal clear and a wonderful environment for fish and plants and people to frolic in and have fun; with each and every person being their most authentic self, taking full responsibility for their own life and having respect for all others. See each being living life to the fullest, being fully aware and conscious, enjoying each moment of our existence here on the earth in harmony with nature and with each other.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These four dates tie in with the seasonal equinox and solstices. So remember, 8 pm, your local time, wherever you are in the world. Have fun! The baby should be weighed, measured, and given preventive medications AFTER the feed." &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;... explained further by my teacher Dr Jean Byrne (http://www.yogaspace.com.au/) and Siti Norjinah Moin (Director of the Breastfeeding Information Bureau Malaysia - http://www.bibmalaysia.org/) during my Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Course recently early April'09. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* also... baby is not dirty, he/she can be cleaned up after the feed! *&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At the first 30-40 min after birth baby have the strongest suckling reflex and more alert/awake that they will easily latch on the mother's breast and start suckling. So, it's the ideal time to start breastfeeding. After that they will be sleepy. The faster baby get the colostrum, the stronger the immunity of the baby. Feed the baby every 2 hours for the first 24 hours (= 12 times breastfeed within 24 hrs) after birth. After that, breastfeed only when bb feel hungry or 'on demand'.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breastfeed baby don't need water. The mother fore milk (very dilute milk) have enough water for them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If bb stool is watery or hungry too frequently - bb might get a disproportionately high amount of foremilk, and not enough hindmilk. Besides they gets some colostrum that protect them from infection.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;According to J.C. PEARCE in his Magic Child (1980),'Bonding is stage specific. Nature has designed the bonds to be established in the hours immediately following birth... as is the case of learning to breathe, this is the critical period for bonding.'&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;J.C further explains when mother breastfeeds her baby at birth, she stimulates all the 5 senses of the baby, ie touch, smell, sight (baby can concentrate on a face 6-12 inches away from its own in the following birth), taste and hearing (since most mother will 'talk' to her baby while feeding). This in turn stimulates the reticular formation of the brain (an area of the brain that receives messages from the 5 senses).  It gives the baby better coordination between the brain and the 5 senses for the rest of its life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When this happens, 'All adrenal steroid production has completely disappeared in a short time because the infant,in being return to, and recognizing the known,relaxes. yw&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/239681309715921197-2251633564121737598?l=ywng-yogaliving.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/ywng-yogaliving/~4/6Y5rmCt8yyU" height="1" width="1"/&gt;</description><link>http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/ywng-yogaliving/~3/6Y5rmCt8yyU/blog-post.html</link><author>noreply@blogger.com (~yw)</author><media:thumbnail xmlns:media="http://search.yahoo.com/mrss/" url="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_r4ruUZmHVjo/SdLdE3ldMNI/AAAAAAAAJqk/frQ2YT2kEyA/s72-c/20031103_fig3.jpg" height="72" width="72" /><thr:total>0</thr:total><feedburner:origLink>http://ywng-yogaliving.blogspot.com/2009/04/blog-post.html</feedburner:origLink></item><item><guid isPermaLink="false">tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-239681309715921197.post-3615134369795556135</guid><pubDate>Sun, 22 Mar 2009 03:08:00 +0000</pubDate><atom:updated>2009-03-22T11:12:20.683+08:00</atom:updated><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">琉璃光養生世界 (Lapis Lazuli Light)</category><title>琉璃光養生世界: 李鳳山-平甩功</title><description>课程：调气、呼吸法、甩手功&lt;br /&gt;日期：2009年3月14 日（六）&lt;br /&gt;地点：马来西亚琉璃光养生世界&lt;br /&gt;*******************************************************************&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;平甩功的因緣&lt;/strong&gt;- 快樂&lt;br /&gt;http://www.lapislazuli.org/TradCh/magazine/200811/20081105.html&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;「平甩功」出自兩大系，一為達摩老祖的「易筋經」，一為張三丰祖 師的太極功，主要在「平」的意境上多下功夫。「平甩功」能讓氣血 到達四肢末梢，排出不潔之氣。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;二年前一位師姐介紹李鳳山師父的平甩功，因為書中有些癌症病人練習平甩功後康復的例子，而引起興趣想要了解一番。自己七年前得過癌症，學過一些氣功，希望能幫助恢復身体的健康，但主要還是以走路為主，每日早晨下午各一次。每次 1.5 小時左右。師姐把這本書《李鳳山平甩功》借給我看。閱讀後帶來很多啟示。書中分觀念篇、鍛練篇和案例。特別是在觀念篇中一些重要的概念，如「柔軟生之相，僵硬死之兆」，「藥補不如食補，食補不如氣補」，「練氣與一般運動最大的不同在於它不需藉由大量的動，只要規律的運作，就能深入五臟六腑，達到深度呼吸的有氧效果」，值得好好思惟。李鳳山師父的心法是主要學習的重點。從鍛鍊平甩功而達到身體的健康和平穩的心境。當身心調合，就能在日常生活中祥和處世。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;一邊閱讀書中的教法，一邊照著做，在鍛練篇，介紹平甩功的由來與特點。如只需要方圓場地就可練習，簡單易學。動作說明與練習原則是學習功法的指導。在此章中也描述練習平甩功後的反應、調整與效果。反應如痠、痛、麻、癢、脹等感覺。調整是要我們時時反觀內省，自我檢查，自我調整。書中建議每次甩手三十分鐘。因為第一個十分鐘可以達到全身的循環，第二個十分鐘開始進入我們身體過勞之處。第三個十分鐘開始調整病灶，以達到以柔克剛的境界。有些常見的問題可以在「問題與解答」中，找到答案。如果是肢體殘障者、年長者、膝關節退化者，都可以按照坐式平甩功鍛練，其中有坐輪椅的人，練平甩功半年之後，雙腿長力氣而可以從輪椅上走下來。這真的是一種大家都可以鍛練的氣功。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;從此以後練習平甩功是每天的功課之一，早晚各做一千五百下，約三十分鐘。剛開始做時手指端有痠、麻、脹的感覺，練習幾個月後這些現象就不再發生，而感覺出身體的氣血循環有進步。覺得練習平甩功沒有時間和方位的限制，所需要的空間也很小，甩手的動作也很簡單，重覆每次甩手五下就蹲二下，也沒有年齡的限制。在自己練習的這段時間，請朋友從台灣代買此書。以便練功有問題時再翻書作參考。在書中的生命再造健康檔案中，有很多癌症患者如攝護腺癌末期和肝癌的病例，專心練習平甩功，加上改變飲食習慣而甩掉癌症，恢復身體的健康。很多慢性病的案例也恢復健康。當時就想下次回台灣一定要去拜訪李鳳山師父的道場。練習平甩功一年多後，體力漸漸進步，手腳的暖度也增加了。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;二○○七年十月返台探親，在台北時，就專程去中華路上的梅門道場拜訪，先在梅門客棧品嚐色香味俱全的養生餐，再去樓上參觀，有二位義工負責解答問題。我提出平甩功治癒癌症案例的問題。沒想到這位師兄是位癌症患者，經過傳統西醫的治療但效果不佳，經朋友介紹，開始練習平甩功，就逐漸恢復健康。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;回到高雄後，就去梅門道場報名學習平甩功。師兄師姐跟著李師父練功多年有很紮實的功法。因為自己照書練習所以有些動作不正確也不知道。老師建議學生在鏡子前練習，比較容易發現甩手時身體姿勢的問題。在道場就是在一大片鏡子前練習，可看到自己的動作。每次練習甩手時，老師都在一旁觀察學生的動作，隨時幫助學生調整，每一節課都有教新的甩手方法，目前學到的有平甩，高甩，左右高甩，轉圈法，曲中求直和拍胯功。以上的功法是屬於動功，每次做完動功後，休息一下，喝杯溫開水。接下來的是靜功部份│靜坐。完成靜坐後。最後是按摩和伸展身體。這是一整套的學習。每次學習新的功法就加入到早晚的功課。因為時間不夠，只學到拍胯功為止，等下次再繼續學習了。非常感謝梅門的師兄師姐們，盡量幫助我學習功法。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;從二○○七年十月開始，每天練習平甩功和靜坐，大約八個月後，身體的狀況有明顯的改善.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. 手指與腳指的血液循環增加，因為指甲的顏色從暗的變成較明亮的光澤。以前走路一個半小時也會使指甲的顏色變得較亮但不能持久，進步緩慢。練習此套功法之後，加強身体的氣血循環。不但指甲有改善，連面部的光澤也改善了。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. 腰部的肌肉逐漸調整至平衡的狀態。十九年前因為運動時腰部受到嚴重的扭傷，多年來經過各種治療方法，整脊、針灸、復健，效果有限。很容易舊傷復發。目前腰部舊傷逐漸復原，有時不小心傷到腰部，鍛練平甩功，一至二天就恢復正常。已親身體驗過幾次.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. 左右腳的調整。不知何時開始，右邊的大腿比左邊的大腿長了一點。跪下來禮佛時才注意到，但是不知道該如何矯正。直到今年六月的一個研習課程中，請一位有經驗的老師幫忙調整左右腳的偏差，她將手放在我的腰部，目測後告訴我沒有這個問題。我自己也注意到左右腿的差別很小了。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. 頭部的頸骨調整。想不起什麼時候在照相時，攝影師總會調整我的頭部，自己感覺不出來頸部的不正。大概長期以來行住坐臥的姿勢不正確，導致經絡骨骼的變化。最近去照相時，老問題又發生，攝影師還是須要走過來幫我調整頭部，但調整角度己經很小。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. 身體的柔軟度增強。練習平甩功半年後，不論是站或坐，彎腰時額頭可以碰到膝蓋。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;自從學習平甩功以後，身體的氣血循環大幅改善。我在生病之前每周的運動是球類活動，因為缺乏適當的暖身運動，而造成腰部嚴重的扭傷，這也可能傷到經絡系統。生病之後每天的運動是走路。前面六年的走路，靜坐和有機素食使身體的健康逐漸進步。但是體力和氣色進步較緩慢。從梅門回來之後，照著老師所教的功法，每天早晚鍛練，效果就開始顯現出來。自己的心得是一般的運動可以增加淋巴系統和血液的循環。身體的肌肉和關節可以活動到。但是練平甩功不但有以上的優點，並且藉著簡單又重複的動作和呼吸，氣血的循環可以達到較深層的五臟六腑，加速身體恢復健康。目前自己可以感覺到在練平甩功時身體的氣（能量）還在不斷的調整，書中提到身體左右有不平衡時，是筋與骨的問題。經由這段時間的鍛練，深信這套功法將幫助我不但恢復身體的健康，更進一步達到心性的平穩，身心健康是人生最重要的資產，有興趣提升自己身心健康的朋友，可以試一試鍛練此功法。人的潛能可以創造奇蹟，誠如李鳳山師父寫的│「奇蹟是獻給相信的人」。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;平甩功的資訊如下：&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;平甩功的網址：www.meimen.org.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;李鳳山師父出版的書：《平甩功》，《平甩的震撼》，《養生之道》，《上班族養生之道》。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;平甩功在youtube的示範:&lt;br /&gt;http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XEp5Wh6AcWE&amp;amp;feature=related&lt;br /&gt;http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C7kEvs0Ww6w&amp;amp;feature=related&lt;br /&gt;http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s0Wu0tUsviE&amp;amp;feature=related&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;English:&lt;br /&gt;http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c80I01HKAvM&amp;amp;NR=1&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;May all being enjoy real peace, harmony and happiness!

There is no verbal memory of these experiences, but they are recorded in the memory bank of the body.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This tool works effectively for adults, children and babies, to get to the roots of armoring and life patterns which originated in the womb. They have steamboat on weekend, We have yet to try it, but should be tasty, heheh! Ratio of Making Garbage Enzyme:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Brown sugar/Molasses : 1 - 500g - 1kg&lt;br /&gt;Garbage : 3 - 1.5kg - 3kg&lt;br /&gt;(chop to smaller pieces)&lt;br /&gt;Water : 10 - 5 liter - 10 liter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B. Method:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Mix brown sugar with water in a jar, add in garbage.&lt;br /&gt;2. Leave some space for fermentation.&lt;br /&gt;3. Enzyme will form and ready to be used in 3 months.&lt;br /&gt;4. Make sure the container is air tight.&lt;br /&gt;5. Push the floating garbage downward once a while.&lt;br /&gt;6. The enzyme is ready to be used in 3 months. The residue can be reused for the next production by adding in fresh garbage. It can be used as fertilizer by drying the residue, blending and buried in the ground.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When the enzyme is diluted with water, it becomes more effective.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;C.The Use of Enzyme:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(For maximum effectiveness, dilute enzyme with water)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.Fertilizer ~ 1ml enzyme : 1000ml water&lt;br /&gt;2.Insecticide ~ 1ml enzyme : 1000ml water&lt;br /&gt;3.Pesticide ~ 1ml enzyme : 1000ml water&lt;br /&gt;4.Anti-odor/air freshener ~ 1ml enzyme : 200ml water&lt;br /&gt;5.Plant hormone (to get more fruits and flower) ~ 1ml enzyme : 500ml water&lt;br /&gt;6.Shampoo, dish washing detergent and detergent ~ ½ tsp in shampoo&lt;br /&gt;(to reduce the chemical effect ) 1 tsp enzyme : 500ml liquid&lt;br /&gt;1 tbsp enzyme : 1000ml liquid&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Notes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do not use glass or metal containers that cannot expand.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Garbage for making enzyme does not include paper, plastic, metal or glass materials.&lt;br /&gt;Avoid oily cooked food, fish or meat residue; orange , lemon peel or pandan leave will produce better scent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The ideal colour of garbage enzyme is dark brown. Add in same amount of brown sugar to re-ferment if the enzyme turns black.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It may have white, black or brown layer on top of the enzyme, ignore it. If you encounter worms in the container, leave it for a while and close the cover tightly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you have not gather enough kitchen waste, you may fill up the container gradually. Nothing can be built on a shaky foundation. K. S. Iyengar (http://www.bksiyengar.com/)in his well loved treatise on yoga, Light on Yoga, Tadasana was traditionally performed with the arms stretched over the head. It seems that for convenience, and practical purpose, Tadasana, has come to be known as the basic standing posture, with the arms by the sides.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Technique:&lt;br /&gt;----------&lt;br /&gt;- stand upright&lt;br /&gt;- feet together, toes, ankles and heel touching&lt;br /&gt;- see that the body-weight is spread evenly over the feet&lt;br /&gt;- tighten the kneecaps and lifet the knees up&lt;br /&gt;- shinbone in line with the tigh bones&lt;br /&gt;- front of the thighs pressed back&lt;br /&gt;- spine erect, chest lifted, open the heart&lt;br /&gt;- arms straight down by the sides, in line with the hips&lt;br /&gt;- roll the shoulder bone back and tuck the shoulderblade in&lt;br /&gt;- neck straight, head straight&lt;br /&gt;- look straight ahead&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Learn to have an overall glance over the whole body to feel its existence. Learn to distribute the weights evenly on the feet, soles and heels. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Effect: (excerpt: Light on Yoga, by BKS Iyengar pg.62)&lt;br /&gt;-------&lt;br /&gt;People do not pay attention to the correct method of standing. Some stand with the body weight thrown only on one leg, or with one leg turned completely sideways. Others bear all the weight on the heels, or on the inner or outer edges of the feet. This can be noticed by looking where the soles and heels of the shoes wear out. Owing to our faulty method of standing and not distributing the body weight evenly on the feet, we acquire specific deformities which hamper spinal elasticity. Even the feet are keep apart, it is better to keep the heel and toe in a line parallel to the median plane and not at an angle. By this method, the hips are contracted, the abdomen is pulled in and the chest is brought forward. One feels light in body and the mind acquires agility. If we stand with the body weight thrown only on the heels, we feel the gravity changing; the hips become loose, the abdomen protrudes, the body hang back and spine feel the strain and consequently we soon feel fatiqued and the mind become dull. It is therefore essential to master the art of standing correctly.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Note: &lt;br /&gt;-----&lt;br /&gt;Do not consider this asana unimportant since it is very simple. Amazing!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, you can also save this code &lt;strong&gt;# 95 * 59 #&lt;/strong&gt; in your handphone contact. But, I tested that it's +VE if the handphone is not in use. If someone calling you or you are talking on the phone, the energy will turn back to -VE. Then, once I put the triangle paper with 'Om Mani Padme Hum' mantra on it, it turns to +VE again.
