Hope u dont mind i call u "yy girl". 油站公司 is the petrol station or the oil company? If u mean petrol station, then i am absolutely agreed with u. If we think the oil is too expensive, then we should cut down unnecessary trips, and switch to public transport. Instead of asking the govt the lower the oil price, we should ask them to enhance the public transportations like what SG govt does. Many Msians drive to work, even a small clerk. Sorry, from my point of views, this is bloody WASTE OF OIL. It should be used for more meaningful purposes. For myself, i am subsidized with ERP and free parking lots, but i still choose to park my car at home and take MRT to work.

If i use chartnexus, i need to pay the monthly fees whr i can't afford it. So, i need free software/program to help me. Example DIYtraders.com actually doing a nice job. But i don't have strong programming background to modify the EMA.xls in their vb scripts. Hopefully u understand.

Even this data was delayed. but it's also helpful.

Basically there is nothing wrong with the ema excel.. Is the crossover on 16/05 meaningful for u? I suppose u only just keen if yesterday there is any crossover or not rite?

Btw, i assume u don't simply trade based on this 1 rule. EMA is just give u a clearer picture on the TREND of the stock. U still need to combine some more factors(TAs) to give u the final trade decision!

So u r also nkh huh. I just did a debug from their VBA codes. From what i see, it only alert on the latest date. In other words, only when 13/06 (N-1) was below EMA26 and 16/06 (latest date N) is above EMA26, then it will alert. For past cross over, it won't work (Which happen on 15/05 and 16/05).

Undoubtfully, we still need a daily chart for the stocks. I am quite happy now to be able to plug in yahoo historical data into my own online charting tool for free, and it is 0 maintenance for me :)

I have been playing DAX Futures for the past few months. So real time feed with ticks is not strange to me. That's why i need so many monitors. It is not the mini version. 1 point = $25 Euro. Quite big huh! Imagine 1 nite 20 to 30 points P&L. Actually my boss forced me to play together with him. It is too stressful for me coz it is too big already. I overcome it by trying to be more discipline and control only 5 trades perday. But i found that my boss not discipline at all. Sometimes he even loss 50 points perday. That was too much. We set up so many rules but he still cannot follow. Of coz, i learned a lot from him, but i know that this is not the way. Finally i got to stop partner with him. Now we totally stop.

I wanted to buy that wireless keyboard. I love log...

I have been quite from market for months. "I WILL BE BACK!", but i will be focused more on SG market instead of MY coz most of my frens & colleagues are in SG market.

So stressful when i drive in Msia now. Just 2 weeks ago, my best fren's fren was hijacked by a gun man. The gun man left him in the middle of nowhere and drove away his SG car.
