Six months after filing for divorce from actor Thomas Jane, "Medium" star Patricia Arquette has apparently changed her mind. Arquette filed court papers Thursday (July 9) asking for her divorce petition -- which was initially filed in January -- to be dismissed, TMZ reports. Back then, she cited the catch-all "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. The flip side: Messy celebrity divorces Details on why Arquette asked to rescind the divorce petition are scant, but presumably the couple is on the way to resolving whatever issues they had. Comedy Central and WGN America are getting a piece of "30 Rock" in a couple of years. The two cable channels have locked up the off-network rights to the Emmy-winning NBC comedy. They'll start airing repeats of the show in 2011, by which time "30 Rock" will have somewhere on the order of 100 episodes in the can. (WGN America and Zap2it are both owned by the Tribune.) Reports say NBC Universal, which distributes the show, got a combined $800,000 per episode for the show, a little higher than the $750,000 fellow NBC comedy "The Office" received two years ago. No broadcast syndication deal for "30 Rock" is in place yet. In other syndication news, Lifetime has picked up exclusive rights to CBS' "New Adventures of Old Christine." Comedy Central has greenlit a sitcom starring Jon Heder and produced by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay. But partial credit for the show might also go to Tyler Perry. Heder, who shot to fame as "Napoleon Dynamite" and co-starred with Ferrell in "Blades of Glory," will take his first regular TV role in the untitled show. He'll play an IT specialist who, in a classic sitcom setup, loses his job and has to move home with his parents and younger brother. America is going crazy over the Evian Roller Babies. At least, judging by the coo-ing and isnt-that-cute-I-could-watch-it-all-day coming out of our television courtesy of the morning talk shows it is.Color us creeped out.Sure, were all for dressing up animals and making them do silly things. The picture of Keyboard Cat with Michael Jacksons signature sparkly glove over his paw (that we found on Movieline, although were not 100% certain it was their Photoshop wizardry that created the effect) has had us giggling for the past two days. Only six potential victims remain to be picked off Saturday (July 11) during the two-hour finale of CBS' "Harper's Island." How many will go? Four? Five? Michael Moore's new documentary finally has a title. The latest, due out Oct. 2, will be called "Capitalism: A Love Story." If you know Moore, you know that should be read with a heapin' helpin' of sarcasm. That's apt, considering this movie's focus will be the recent U.S. economic collapse. "It will be the perfect date movie," Moore said in a statement. "It's got it all -- lust, passion, romance and 14,000 jobs being eliminated every day. It's a forbidden love, one that dare not speak its name. Heck, let’s just say it: It’s Capitalism.” Moore has often taken on the role of social agitator in his documentaries, including "Sicko" (about the health-care system), "Fahrenheit 9/11" (examining the rush to war) and "Roger Me" (which presciently skewered bad business practices at GM).
