Hold Qi up Copenhagen [2012-01-07]

This course was a bit of a fresh start for Copenhagen since we have not arranged any courses there for a while. Several persons had missed the courses and both repeating and completely new students talked about joining the evening training that we arrange every week.

One week prior to the course, we had an article in the local newspaper "Østlendingen". It focused on Zhineng Qigong as an effectve way to
take care of ones health and to deal with problems, using serious back pain as an example. We got alot of attention and several beginners signed up for the course. The course was both smooth and powerful, and the participants stories tells of rather good results.

This autumn's Swedish course in Turku was held in cooperation with Åbo
Akademi University. There are already several employees at Abo Akademi
University who practise Zhineng Qigong and feel that they have had
many positive results out of it. Their enthusiasm has in turn led to
the offer Åbo Akademi University has made to pay half the course fee
for their employees when attending our courses.

Depending on factors linked to the school where the course is held, we had to move it to the early part December. Despite the change of date we were many who had four very pleasant days together. Lots of training, even in the morning and evening, mixed with short lectures.

Hold Qi up Stockholm [2011-10-29]

Zhineng Qigong is an effective qigong method. Many of the participants discovered this when they attended this autumn's second basic course in Stockholm. Great results can be achieved only after two days, even though we mainly concentrate on learning the movements and therefore don't have time to practise the whole method from the beginning to the end more than once. Zhineng Qigong is a fast way to improve your health and the quality of life.

The courses in shenxin qigong usually attracts many participants and are highly appreciated. It also applies to this semester's course in Stockholm, which also attracted guests from far away.
Shenxin qigong can be seen as a continuation of hold qi up and it's a good exercise for those who want to move on in the training and get a deeper understanding. Many participants experience that they got a stronger feeling of qi and they thought that it was nice and much needed to correct the movements and fill up with more qi.

A long awaited course in Hold qi up 2 was held for the first time in the old Butter Magazine of Valio down in the port of Hangö. The atmosphere was positive and warm in the strong qi-field and the participants noticed improvements during the weekend. Several felt that their pain has become less, one said her flu improved, another that she suddenly got help with a wisdom tooth that has been on the way out. It now seemed brighter and her gums softer. A third said she was able to bend down to her feet for the first time and the doctors are surprised that her muscles are growing, even though she can not lift her arms because of her muscle decease. Two of the participants shared with the group that their dust-and mite allergies has disappeared, one said she went to the doctor for an x-ray of her back and a vertebra which had stuck out an inch was now in normal mode.
