Apparel Industries, a clothing manufacturer just filed the countersuit against Lindsay in response to Lindsay's lawsuit against the company.</p> <p>It is said that in her lawsuit, Lindsay says she struck a business deal with D.N.A.M. in 2009 allowing them to manufacture clothes for her "6126" clothing line, but D.N.A.M. stiffed her on a massive licensing fee and Lindsay wants $1.1 million in damages.</p> <p>However, D.N.A.M. is now coming back at Lindsay for nearly five times that amount, insisting she is the reason their business deal fell apart.</p> <p>According to D.N.A.M., the company did its best to sell their 6126 clothes to high-end third party retailers but by spring 2010, no one would touch the brand because Lindsay was back in rehab and her legal problems were playing out in the media.</p> <p>D.N.A.M. claims Lindsay's "drug-addled image" destroyed 6126's reputation, and rendered the clothing line completely unsellable. The artiste says she is tired of his alleged infidelity and apparently wants out.</p> <p>According to Lady Saw, she has tried endlessly to keep the relationship alive; however, she cannot take the pressure anymore. She also tweeted that her ex was ungrateful and she wants to be reimbursed for money which she supposedly contributed to the development of his home.</p> <p>Saw also said she was happy that she didn't get married to her ex because then he would be entitled to half of her earnings and said that he purposely wanted to get married to her in order to get his hands on her wealth.</p> <p>When asked about with a vodka bottle.</p> <p>Sources have reported that on Saturday, the legendary Toots and the Maytals were performing at a concert in Richmond, Virginia when a patron reportedly pelted a vodka bottle on stage hitting Toots in the head.</p> <p>Reports are that 67 year old Toots after being struck with the bottle on the head, dropped his mike and staggered off stage.</p> <p>A 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault and public intoxication, according to Richmond police.</p> <p>Toots has been treated and released from hospital.</p> <p> </p> <p><img alt="" with a brutal yet accidental leg drop to the face, then continued singing as though nothing happened.</p> <p>The singer was performing his hit song ‘Adorn’ when it happened and apart from the fall, it was a well done performance.</p> <p>International sources have confirmed that after his performance Miguel met with the fan backstage and tweeted about the leg drop saying "<em>Got caught up in the curfew order, giving the artiste the go ahead to perform whenever and wherever he chooses.</p> <p>Ninja Man’s murder trial was postponed until on October 7 because according to artiste in an interview conducted by sources, the court was dealing with another matter and therefore they were not able to start his.<br />Ninja Man tells that although the curfew has been lifted he still has to report to the police station.</p> <p>It was previously reported that Ninja Man, his son and another man were jointly charged with the 2009 murder of a man.</p> <p>The court was informed this morning that the Holmes, the person behind the horrific "<strong>Dark Knight</strong>" massacre last year has just entered a not guilty plea by reason of insanity.</p> <p>It is said that a plea of not guilty had previously been entered on Holmes' behalf back in March by the judge because the lawyers of the defendant were not prepared to plead for him at the time.</p> <p>The judge will decide whether to accept Holmes' new plea by May 28th.</p> <p>As was previously reported by the international and local media, Holmes killed 12 people and injured an additional 58 during the Aurora, Colorado shooting last July. that, Michael Jackson was a "monster" who sexually abused Wade for seven years as a child and threatened him if he ever went public.</p> <p>Reports are that Robson's lawyer, Henry Gradstein stated that, "<em>Last year, on a career trajectory that was off the charts, he [Wade] collapsed under the stress and sexual trauma of what had happened to him for seven years as a child.</em>"</p> <p>It is said that Robson spent many weekends with Jackson at Neverland Ranch and his other homes in Los Angeles and Vegas between the ages of 7 and 14.</p> <p>His lawyer went on to say that "<em>He [Wade] lived with the brain washing by a sexual predator until the burden of it all crushed him</em>". And that Michael would tell Wade, "<em>If anyone ever finds out about what we did we will go to jail for the rest of our lives and our lives will be ruined forever</em>.” </p> <p>Gradstein tells the media that the threats worked, and Wade kept his mouth shut, adding, "<em>This kind of intimidation of a child by a sexual predator is tragically characteristic and effective, keeping them quiet about the abuse, often for a lifetime</em>."</p> <p>It is said that Wade was persistent for years that Michael did not molest him and indeed became Jackson's star witness at his 2005 molestation trial, adamantly denying any unpleasant behaviour.</p> <p>The lawyer claims, "<em>Michael Jackson was a monster and in their hearts every normal person knows it</em>." </p> <p>International sources broke the story that 30-year-old Robson has filed a creditor's claim against MJ's estate alleging the singer molested him as a child and asking for damages. Sources tell that Wade is claiming the reason he didn't file the claim on time is because he repressed the memories of the abuse.</p> <p>Wade’s lawyer says they have not asked for any specific amount of money in their legal documents, although that's clearly the point of filing a creditor's claim. The selector’s F150 was also badly damaged in the accident.</p> <p>It is reported that he sustained the injuries while trying to save a dog’s life. artiste Akon and rapper Rick Ross.</p> <p>The song is said to be a social commentary and sees the trio tackling issues of the world and in the same process they make an effort to empower the people.</p> <p>According to Mavado's manager, the song is already showing progress and the message is fitting with the time.</p> <p>The song will be released this week to all radio stations and social media outlets worldwide.</p> <p>Mavado is currently signed to international record label <strong>We The Best/Young Money Records</strong> and has already done collaborations with Wycliffe Jean, Akon, Ace Hood, Ludacris, T-Pain among others.
