E iarna, pot veni vremuri si zapezi grele. Pot veni abuzuri si mai grele, pot veni infometatii dupa placinte, care sa ceara prazile razboiului fara a fi partcipat la el. Poate veni plafonarea noastra, pe fondul lipsei de coagulare, pe fondul unei confuzii ce risca sa devina resemnare.

Dar datoria noastra e sa nu ne oprim. Si daca Piata Universitatii va ramane goala, ultimul ramas e dator sa aprinda lumina, nu sa o stinga.

E de ajuns sa filtram prin sufletul de Roman versurile imnului national si vom sti ce avem de facut. Cine sa faca asta? Nu suntem o enciclopedie a adevarului absolut, dar putem da exemple:

- Pensionarii tarii, care zilele astea ne-au aratat ce profund e proverbul cu "cine n-are batrani..."

- intelectualii adevarati, carora le multumim pt reactii si sustinere si pt scutul de netrecut impotriva pseudo-intelectualilor, demagogilor, politrucilor si diletantilor

- oamenii muncitori, care arata ca lenea ce ne-a cuprins pe toti de 22 ani nu se datoreaza unui popor lenes, ci unui popor care a uitat ce potential are

- studentii, care pot arata ca educatia adevarata nu e patronata de ministere falimentare

- jurnalistii adevarati, care se simt ca o oaza amenintata de flacarile mincinoase ale unor colegi pt care ratingul, dezinformarea si manipularea sunt deontologie

- categorii marginalizate social, din mijlocul carora se pot naste, vorba lui Iisus si a lui Sisu, diamante: ultrasi, punkisti, rapperi, hippioti, bikeri, grafferi, hipsteri (energia lor, folosita pozitiv, va pune umarul la reconstructie)

De ce trebuie sa facem asta??? Doar pt SMURD? Doar pt demiterea unui guvern si inlocuirea lui cu niste ciocoi de alta culoare, de aceeasi forma, dar la fel de lipsiti de fond??

Nu. Din nou, motivele sunt multe si destul de greu de articulat unitar. Dar vom da iar niste exemple:
- coruptia, care tinde sa devina molipsitoare si la care ajung de multe ori si oameni cinstiti, folosind ca scuza supravietuirea. Milioane de Romani observa si legati la ochi ca sunt condusi de ani si ani de aceleasi organizatii mafiote, cu nume de partide. E de necrezut, dar totusi real, ca traim un nou regim fanariot si nu gasim un Roman sa urce pe tron (e o metafora, nu o propaganda pentru monarhie).Am fost foarte aproape sa avem un prim-ministru neamt si am fi fost multi de acord, pt ca a nu fi Roman a ajuns un fel de garantie a cinstei.

- presa in cautare de senzational, rating, care face jocuri politice si reclame unor fufe dezbracate si care de multe ori dezinformeaza si manipuleaza. Si totusi, Poiana lui Iocan intelege! Cum ar fi sa traim fara TV o saptamana? Am fi Congo sau Atlantida?

- clisee si limbaj de lemn care ingroapa adevarul . Premierul Boc anunta libertatea de expimare, dar jandarmul anunta la portavoce "Parasiti Piata sau folosim forta"

- organe de represiune constranse sa actoneze impotriva fratilor. Da, vrem ostasi in slujba cetatenilor, cum va voia si Cuza, nu vrem mercenari macelari. Da, stim ca aveti si voi familii si nevoi, da, vrem sa respectam uniforma, dar pt asta vrem sa primim respect, nu sa vedem copii tarati pe jos, femei lovite si injurate, si barbati care pot intra si ei in coma de la un baston in cap.

- legi facute prin dezbatere, cu suportul cetatenilor, nu trecute in graba prin Parlament de o majoritate interesata mai mult de jocuri politice decat de interesul vital al cetateanului. Legi puse in practica nu doar in an electoral (arestari de primari corupti doar ca propaganda si momeala pt inca un vot).

- Centrul Vechi al Capitalei? Da, il vrem european, il vrem renovat, dar nu doar pt profitul unor patroni de localuri. Il vrem curat si pus in evidenta pt mandria si onoarea noastra si de ce nu, pentru un turism adevarat, care nu mananca sute de mii de euro pt o sigla sau un portal de internet.

- Vrem dezbateri pe toate problemele, inclusiv militare. Nu vrem scut anti racheta, cand poate nici nu stim cu adevarat ce inseamna. Nu vrem fregate trimise la misto ( la "mit stock", daca vreti) si nu mai vrem Romani care sa lupte in Orient pt subzistenta, nu pt o cauza.

- vrem respect si demnitate, nu vrem sa fim catalogati de avocati-deputati ca viermi, nu vrem ca un batran (16 ian, P.Univ) sa vina cu ghete date cu crema, vechi de 5 ani si usor gaurite in talpa, in timp ce diva din Plescoi are sute de perechi de pantofi de lux, purtati ostentativ.

- vrem sa inchideti mall-uri si sa deschideti fabrici. Si spunand asta, spunem ca vrem industrie, agricultura, locuri de munca. Vrem si modernitate, dar nu consumerism de joasa speta, incultura si indobitocire!

- vrem libertatea spiritului, dar ne-am saturat de o clasa politica ce a permis droguri legale la fel de periculoase ca cianurile Rosiei Montane!

- nu mai vrem mizerie, subzistenta, coruptie, bani publici gestionat prost, licitatii masluite, uniuni politice nefiresti (PSD+ PNL ?? PD+UNPR??). Vrem sa traim in pace cu conationali de alte etnii, dar nu vrem sa ne vindem onoarea si drepturile doar ca sa parem "politically correct". Vrem o adevarata clasa politica, si suntem destul de puternici sa o cream.

Lista ar putea continua si va continua. Pana atunci, recomandam fara nici o aroganta "analistilor" sa studieze si cauza, nu doar efectul. Ne-am saturat de comportamentul "pompieristic" care vina sa stinga focul dupa ce miristea a ars (principiu valabil in nenumarate domenii, de la EDUCATIE, SANATATE, pana la, de ce nu, legi anti-suporteri).

Prin aceste revendicari, unele poate mai importante, Ultrasii tarii cer RASPICAT reconsiderarea Legii 4, atat de usor semnata de Presedinte. E facuta superficial, diletant si cel mai important, anti-Constitutional. Nu ne afecteaza doar pe noi, ci fura din drepturile tuturor Romanilor. Orice pas mic prin care se fura drepturi e un pas mare catre dictatura si lanturi! LIBERTATE

Randurile de mai sus sunt scrise ad-hoc de un Ultras. Dar in acelasi timp de un fost student, de un tanar care vrea sa munceasca pt tara lui nu pentru "altii" , de un fiu al parintilor lui si un vecin al doamnei care hraneste cateii vagabonzi. Reprezint un mod de gandire si categorii diverse de oameni.

Over a century ago Thomas Edison got the patent for a device which would "do for the eye what the phonograph does for the ear". He called it the Kinetoscope. He was not only amongst the first to record video, he was also the first person to own the copyright to a motion picture.

Because of Edisons patents for the motion pictures it was close to financially impossible to create motion pictures in the North american east coast. The movie studios therefor relocated to California, and founded what we today call Hollywood. The reason was mostly because there was no patent. There was also no copyright to speak of, so the studios could copy old stories and make movies out of them - like Fantasia, one of Disneys biggest hits ever.

So, the whole basis of this industry, that today is screaming about losing control over immaterial rights, is that they circumvented immaterial rights. They copied (or put in their terminology: "stole") other peoples creative works, without paying for it. They did it in order to make a huge profit. Today, they're all successful and most of the studios are on the Fortune 500 list of the richest companies in the world. Congratulations - it's all based on being able to re-use other peoples creative works. And today they hold the rights to what other people create. If you want to get something released, you have to abide to their rules. The ones they created after circumventing other peoples rules.

The reason they are always complainting about "pirates" today is simple. We've done what they did. We circumvented the rules they created and created our own. We crushed their monopoly by giving people something more efficient. We allow people to have direct communication between eachother, circumventing the profitable middle man, that in some cases take over 107% of the profits (yes, you pay to work for them). It's all based on the fact that we're competition. We've proven that their existance in their current form is no longer needed. We're just better than they are.

And the funny part is that our rules are very similar to the founding ideas of the USA. We fight for freedom of speech. We see all people as equal. We believe that the public, not the elite, should rule the nation. We believe that laws should be created to serve the public, not the rich corporations.

The Pirate Bay is truly an international community. The team is spread all over the globe - but we've stayed out of the USA. We have Swedish roots and a swedish friend said this: The word SOPA means "trash" in Swedish. The word PIPA means "a pipe" in Swedish. This is of course not a coincidence. They want to make the internet inte a one way pipe, with them at the top, shoving trash through the pipe down to the rest of us obedient consumers. The public opinion on this matter is clear. Ask anyone on the street and you'll learn that noone wants to be fed with trash. Why the US government want the american people to be fed with trash is beyond our imagination but we hope that you will stop them, before we all drown.

SOPA can't do anything to stop TPB. Worst case we'll change top level domain from our current .org to one of the hundreds of other names that we already also use. In countries where TPB is blocked, China and Saudi Arabia springs to mind, they block hundreds of our domain names. And did it work? Not really. To fix the "problem of piracy" one should go to the source of the problem. The entertainment industry say they're creating "culture" but what they really do is stuff like selling overpriced plushy dolls and making 11 year old girls become anorexic. Either from working in the factories that creates the dolls for basically no salary or by watching movies and tv shows that make them think that they're fat.

In the great Sid Meiers computer game Civilization you can build Wonders of the world. One of the most powerful ones is Hollywood. With that you control all culture and media in the world. Rupert Murdoch was happy with MySpace and had no problems with their own piracy until it failed. Now he's complainting that Google is the biggest source of piracy in the world - because he's jealous. He wants to retain his mind control over people and clearly you'd get a more honest view of things on Wikipedia and Google than on Fox News.

Some facts (years, dates) are probably wrong in this press release. The reason is that we can't access this information when Wikipedia is blacked out. Because of pressure from our failing competitors. We're sorry for that.

Let's say you want to copy your contacts from a Nokia phone to an Android phone through Gmail.

Mark all your Nokia contacts and then Create Backup/Copy from Phone to memory card.
Connect your memory card or phone to your PC.
Usually, the contacts copied are in Others - Contacts.
Copy all contacts from there on your PC in C:\Contacts.
Now open a Command Prompt windows: Windows Key + R - Type cmd - OK.
Go to your copied contacts directory: Type C: - press Enter.
Type cd \contacts - press Enter. Type copy /B *.vcf all.vcf - Enter
Now go to Gmail Contacts, click on More - Import... - select all.vcf - Import.
