My friend said I lose weight, good grief. However I have been binging since last week..arrggh.
Binging and sleeping - what an evil pair.
I want to go the gym and work out, but i don't have much time for that. Maybe I should exercise often. Walking is a good way to exercise, and can lift the spirits too. I want to have curves to-die-for, ha ha ha.
And i just can't stop binging. Phhbbt!
Things to remember that make me smile:
1. Hecky Poo.
2. The world is a beautiful place.
3. Summer.
