The show was finally knocked down to a respectable 60 minutes tonight. They weren't wasting our time, and I'm going to return the favor...
The show jumped right into tonight's challenge. It was sort of a relay race/feats of strength combo. Each team member had to carry a big frame as far as they could go; the next person would pick it up from there. This was to be done with three players, three times.
Because the frames were weighted based on their own weights, some contestants had to carry well over 200 pounds -- yikes! I was just waiting for Phil to get in there and take care of business. At first, it looked like he was going to pick that thing up over his head. He took the Red Team from a very distant losing position to the winner's circle.
I think it was Julie (was that Julie?) who put it best: "Phil has won five out of six challenges."
Plug O' the Week: Wrigley's Extra Supermint Gum. Thanks Jillian!
Fight of the Week: Cowboy David and Kim. Apparently he only wanted to do 2.5 on the treadmill. Um... I have chubby little girl legs, and even I know that is extremely slow.
The show was moving along pretty fast tonight, but sort of came to screeching halt when Jillian pulled Hollie aside. Hollie's mom had cancer and wasn't doing so well. I am surprised she didn't make her jog during the discussion. Hollie left, and unfortunately, her mom passed away.
Supposedly, Hollie will be back, but not in time for this week's weigh-in. Here were the others' results...

Nice how Jillian threw Isabeau under the bus while she was getting weighed. However, that negative energy didn't keep the Black Team from blowing everyone away.
After the elimination, Kim basically made Amy cry. She told the team that Bryan and Phil were the only ones holding the team together. Since David was safe, that would have Amy packing her bags. Amy was very upset -- upset that Kim was telling the truth.
Apparently Bryan wasn't listenening; he forced a tie, which sent Phil packing. My guess is that we won't see the Red Team winning any future challenges. He was my vote for this year's winner. Does anyone else see the Red Team fading into existence? -- Rachel Cericola

Rachel I think you're 100% right. The red team were going to be in very bad shape. Kim would be out of a job in three weeks. From the "next week" promo it looks like they mixed everyone up. The writing was on the wall.
