Kalo Pasxa !

I will be offline for one and a halve weeks, to join my family in law, in their celebration of the Greek Orthodox Easter bank holidays in Salonica. I will greatly enjoy my favorite kokoretsi with some tsipouro, with anise of course, as is tradition in Macedonia. What can I say…real men…

I hope “I will live to tell”…
