This is a hybrid tulip called Texas Flame. It’s also a fringed tulip - not the fringes on each petal? It’s quite lovely even when partially closed as in this photo. When the flower opens you can see an array of yellows, orange and red colors on the inner petals.
It’s just lovely.

Wonderful close-up. Little wonder people went mad because of tulips a few centuries ago!
