Did you know there’s enough gold in 200 discarded cellphones to make a wedding band? That and other potentially lucrative facts can be found in this video, The Secret Life of Cellphones, from a nonprofit called Inform. It seems there’s a massive pent-up consumer demand for cellphone recycling, and not enough services to meet the need. Entrepreneurs, start your engines.

I am a start up green company looking to expand in all things green. In truth, with the cell glued to my ear, I never considered its life span and how it is recycled. I am definately looking into this.
