That's not just hot, that's burning up.

It's a good price before the rebate, it's an amazing price after the rebate.

Thanks OP.

Cuisinart food processors are great. We've had one for almost 20 yrs, and it is still working well.

Not sure how to justify the purchase. Chopping? much easier with a knife.

Is this B&M too?? I'd really like it in stainless!

This is one of those items that once you have it, you will probably wonder how you ever did without it. Especially great when preparing for company/holidays, etc., since yes, you can chop, slice and grate by hand, but this is so much easier. And, as far as grating goes- beats having blood-tinged food from grating the fingers as well as the food.

It may interest you, but I had purchased the Stainless/Black Custom Pro 11 kit (extra bowl, pizza pan, cutter) from Costco as a Christmas gift to my wife. Then, last week, the Kitchen-Aid 750 (willow blue, matches our $33 hand mixer) came out for $99 so I picked that one up as well.

The cost of the Cuisinart was $129 + Tax (after $20 coupon).
The cost of the KitchenAid will be $99 + tax - $20 rebate.

Sat the two side by side, and debated the merits. But ultimately, we decided to take the Cusinart back to Costco for the $50 difference, and the fact that the Kitchenaid has a holder for the discs and blades.

The cuisinart had going for it, however, that it was smaller and can fit under a standard 18" countertop/cabinet gap whereas the Kitchenaid can't. But, the kitchenaid has the work bowl insert, more power, and the work bowl it comes with is much higher quality.

Ultimately, what doomed the Cuisinart was the stupid feed tube. Can't put anything larger than a carrot into it without always clicking the top part off and sticking it into the useless oversized feed tube; whereas with the Kitchenaid, it's got a larger standard feed tube that's higher than your fingers are long, but alas, no fries from whole potatoes.

Is there any free shipping code?

Nevermind, I found a $6 filler to make total $126 and I got free shipping!!!
Thanks OP
