So, have you wasted the first half of the year or has it been a first half filled with accomplishemnets? I know in looking back at the first half of this year it has been so so. I have had big dreams fitness wise and I have had a tough time living up to them but in other areas of my life everything seems to be clicking together quite well.

Think back, or better yet look back at the goals that you set for yourself on New Years Day. We are exactly half way through the year and you should be almost half way to your goals. Whether you are there or not you can easily be honest with yourself in asking the following questions that you asked way back in January when it was cold out but you felt you had a bunch of big plans.

Where is your career now compared to what you wanted it to be at?

How much stronger are you physically ?

Have you lost the weight that you wanted to lose?

Are you grounded, settled and ready for whatever life dishes out at you?

It is never too late to make changes, it is never too late to start or jump start maybe your life in the direction that you want. I have always found that half the battle to making change is the decision that you must and will do at any cost, and the momentum gets started.

Once you have committed and started moving forward then you will pick up steam and the second half of reaching your goals never takes as long as the first half. You may think that it is going to tough reaching for what you want but once you are moving along you will often feel that you may have not aimed quite high enough.

Go out today and make those changes to live a better life. It is up to you to live the life that you deserve.
