“We have recieved your order for a PIL Book. You should recieve it within 4-6 weeks. ”
Purchase Date for UPC #2 is not a valid date. (MM/DD/YYYY)
That’s weird because I didnt write anything in the blank for the date!
MM_Mom39 replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
Morning BeatlesBabe87,
I used 05/20/2008 on both dates and it worked for me.
Chris replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
I think thats why they told you it wasnt a valid date
Melissa replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
Yeah, you’ve got to put in the 4 digits for year–2008.
Thanks Chris.
Got to go to the mall again & get my shoes & dress. See ya all later.
Smiley replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
Nvmd… I’m going to NY later instead of the mall..
Thanks bunches Chris! I love to grill out!
thanks chris! i even have lawry marinades so this was easy!
Thanks Chris! Okay I have a favor to ask to those who it doesn’t offend. I have been having problems where I live, landlord is great but he is selling my house and the realtor is stressing me out by coming in and out as she pleases leaving me with no privacy. I found a new place that I am SO hoping to get and just need some prayer that this will work out since I am not the only one who wants this apt! Thanks all!

sonya replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
ROFL yeah give her awesome free samples!!!!

sonya replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
Julie why would anybody be offended?
Cus of the prayer part?
I don’t know why anybody would be offended.. If they don’t want to pray then they don’t.

Smiley replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
True that! I’m not offended either at all.. But that realtor lady is being very rude; omg I would flip! (but wouldn’t be able to say anyhitng lol I’m not that straight forward either) Don’t worry, that gift basket idea is awesome, so probably it will work out for you Julie.
Julie replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
Aww thank you Smiley, yeah, I have never been spoke to like this woman has spoke to me. I am not beneath her and I refuse to be treated like I am. I try to keep the peace so things don’t get worse, but I’m a hair away from wanting to rip all her hair out!
Julie replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
Thank you so much Sheri, Kathi, Elizabeth, Sonya, Strawberry, and everyone else in here. This is why I come here, the freebie attracted me, but the people here, that’s the best part!! You all are such wonderful people and I am blessed to have stumbled upon you all!
leigh replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
the realtor has to give you notice before coming and going. they have no legal right to just enter where you live, selling the house or no. they have to respect your rights as a current tenant. stand up to the hoser beast! in the meanwhile you have my prayers and i think the little good basket is a fab idea.
cassandra replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
got one for you run around your house naked lol they wont come in again hehehheheh
leigh replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
Julie replied on May 23rd, 2008 :

Sheri you are a mind reader!!
leigh replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
no make it canadian club so i can Bzz report it!!
sheri replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
I’ve never tried CC…can you send me a sample and i’ll let you know how i liked it?
Julie replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
Mmmm…whiskey…mmmm!
izybit replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
It is probably in your lease agreement too (or is in most) that a certain amount of time needs to be given you before they can enter. It may say they need to provide you 24 hours notice before coming. Check your rental agreement.
Julie replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
landlord conveniently left middle 2 pages of lease when I signed and I didn’t notice until he listed the house 2 months ago. He could write anything in those 2 pages now. Oh how do I get myself in these messes?!
sheri replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
That sounds like something that would happen to me but i have a husband that double checks everything..and i mean everything..thank goodness!
Julie replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
I need a husband, all I have is me, my dog, my job, my home, and my car. Any of those things get messed with and I am a wreck! I’m a simple person, I don’t ask or need for much! Oh, I amost forgot my friends and my freebies!! I am so blessed!! I hope you are having a fabulous day Sheri!
sheri replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
i am actually having a really nice day, thanks!
…3 day weekends always make fridays a little nicer!…I do consider myself lucky to have my man..he’s a tad on the OCD side but he’s a really great dad/husband and i love him..(and he does bring me my southern comfort and scratch offs!!)
Thanks!
Good Morning and all the luck and prayers to you Julie My hubby and I went through this a long time ago but I remember the realitor just because it isn’t your house you still pay your rent it’s yours realitors can be really nasty people. she felt she could come and go as she pleases I told her this is still my home and you will give me at least 12 hours notice or the house will be left an a huge mess
Julie replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
Thank you so much and GOOD morning Elizabeth! I said that to her and she told she didn’t didn’t go by my rules and hung up on me. Then landlord gave her keys, I sort of had a breakdown last weekend because she was coming in with no notice early in the morning and she keeps talking about wanting my dog, has me pretty freaked out when i know she’s walking in there when i am at work.
strawberrygal2007 replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
good morning elizabeth
and julie

I also like the gift basket. Just some random thoughts: call the board of realtors …and speak to someone who is not a secretary and ask about filing a complaint. They are supposed to go by a certain code of conduct. Call the specific realtor’s office…speak with the manager re: your concerns re: your privacy and the dog’s welfare. Then immediately followup with a certified letter to the firm or the realtor.
Julie, i am so very sorry to hear about all of this happening to such a nice person. Just know that we are pulling for you
Julie replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
Good morningStrawberry!! It’s great to see you up and about! Thanks for the advice, I was trying up until now to keep the peace as this woman clearly is so miserable in her own life that she wants mine to be the same. I am hoping I can move before I make my complaint, and it WILL happen! Even her sec told me she hates working for her. Thanks for all the support!
sheri replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
That really stinks…i’m assuming that there’s something in your contract that allows your landlord to have realtors bring prospective buyers to see the house but it should also give you some kind of notice..like elizabeth said..and it’s usually 24 hours..
Julie replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
Funny story actually, when I found out people had been coming in while I wasn’t home i forward4ed my lease to my best friend(he’s a lawyer) and my landlord conveniently left out the middle two pages of my lease when i signed and I never noticed so who knows what’s in there.
So Chris, keep the freebies coming lols

1 knife (no cooking)was broken but hunny can fix it i think

MM_Mom39 replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
One second behind cassandra…
Thank you Leigh and I am still praying for your family!! I will be changing my locks tomorrow!! IT will at least be a temporary fix. How’s your dad doing?
leigh replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
i have heard nothing yet today. but that is normal for my mom. she beleives in the no news is good news approach! sigh. she has no idea that it drives me insane!! LOL i am sure he is fine though. i should know something this afternoon! thanks!!
make sure your landlord says its ok to change the locks. most tenants do not have the legal right to change the locks without his consent. and you have to provide him with a key.
next time the lady enters without permission and prior notice call the cops. she is breaking and entering. that should scare her silly
Julie replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
These are all GREAT ideas!! Landlord and I talked about me changing locks before after 2 breakins, both while I was home. I’m sure he’ll remeber and I’m just play dumb and be like “oh yeah, I forgot to give you the key”.
Also would be a good way to bust them trying to come in without informing me too!
I’m glad to hear there is no bad news! I will be continuing to pray for a quick and complete recovery!
How do you like this doctor your Son went to?

I will just take that as meant to be and try to keep looking!
sheri replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
So sorry to hear that!..hopefully you will have better luck with the next one.
strawberrygal2007 replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
I have always been a firm believer that things all happen for a reason…whatever the reason:
-it might be that you hear that address over the news in a couple of months as the scene of a bad fire or a crime scene investigation
-or perhaps you are meant to meet that someone special a few months later in your new environment
Whatever, this one didn’t happen for you because it was not a perfect fit for you…but living in a college town and this being May…many places should be opening up very soon!
strawberrygal2007 replied on May 23rd, 2008 :

Julie replied on May 23rd, 2008 :
I beleive the same thing!! I sure have kissed my share of toads and I know that prince is just right around the corner. I will patiently wait. If I didn’t love my job so much, I would move to Nashville and be your new neighbor!
