new Animal Collective!

Animal Collective stopped by BBC Radio 1's Rob Da Bank show earlier this morning, and in addition to "Doggy" and "Hey Light," they played a couple of brand new, unheard songs, which we have for you here (courtesy of Collected Animals). The new stuff sounds like a lullabye from a demented Disney cartoon, which is to say, it's pretty awesome:

Animal Collective Doggy/Hey Light
Animal Collective From a Beach (Bubbly Sun?)
UPDATE:
Here's another brand new song that the band premiered at the session, courtesy of Avey Tare:
Animal Collective On a Highway

I like how GvB has basically become my new animal collective radar.

interesting IP address, anon
soooo good-- thanks so much chris, anon 1109 and collected animals!
you've been overdue on your animal collective posts! thanks for this
thank you!
animal collective is the indie rock string cheese incident.
^hahahahaha that's great. i can't stand either.
I heard a song
at a concert.
The only lyrics I could make out at the concert were "dancer with flowers in her hair."
It stayed with me,
made me cry a little, maybe.
I found it on youtube.
Every recording I've found has been live.
Have they recorded this yet?
Does anyone know?
Over on CA they're appropriately calling it either "dancer" or "flowers in her hair," but no, they haven't recorded a studio version yet.
thank you Mr. josh.
sheksna,
The best recording I've heard (by far) is the NPR concert below:

Enjoy, it's really, really good.
the first new one really reminded me of Teenage Symphony, brilliant!
