what's your drinking like?

One of the first things I do when waking up in the mornings is to go to the kitchen and drink a tall glass of water. I also drink a tall glass of water prior to every meal. This helps to keep my body hydrated and operating at peak performance throughout the day. Drinking lots of water is very healthy for our bodies, but you have to do it every day. It's a temporary fix. If you stop drinking water, your body will dehydrate and you will die.

Check out what Jesus said:

But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life. ~ John 4:14, NLT

Jesus is able to give us more than just a temporary fix. Drinking from His well gives us an eternal fix!

Loving God Fellowship has a team in the Salem Hoopla this weekend. The Salem Hoopla is the largest 3 on 3 basketball tournement in the state of Oregon.

Come watch us play this weekend in front of the capitol in downtown Salem!

What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. {15} Instead, you ought to say, "If it is the Lord's will, we will live and do this or that." {16} As it is, you boast and brag. All such boasting is evil. {17} Anyone, then, who knows the good he ought to do and doesn't do it, sins."

Opportunity to do good abounds today. We don’t have to look far. We can make a difference in our cities today.

Is it possible for us to plan too far ahead and miss doing good today?

Here is our Tiger resting in my chair.

He is an Orange Tabby.

We adopted him at the same place we got Kirby - Salem Friends of Felines.

We named him Tiger.

He is very affectionate and he loves to play.
