More pre-E3 rumors for your Friday afternoon.

Gaming blog VideoGaming247 reports that, according to an (unnamed) senior PS3 development source, Sony is currently working on “[Xbox] Live-like stuff” for the PlayStation 3.

No specific details were given, but recently leaked images depict “what appear to be PSN gamer profiles,” and an Achievement-esque Trophy System for the PlayStation Network.

Said features are reportedly “going into titles in the works now,” but an official announcement has yet to be made. If an announcement is made, it will likely be at E3, next month. We'll keep you posted.
