Its about time Francoeur was sent down. Too little too late Atlanta, the year is screwed.

Man, Jeff Francoeur just can't seem to put it all together.

First full year he smacks 29 homers and looks like a young stud, but a complete lack of plate discipline puts that all into question.

The next year he manages to make some improvements and has some pretty solid discipline, but in turn he loses a lot of his power. He also develops into a stud defensive player, meaning that if he can refind his power stroke, then he'll have it all.

Now, everything in his swing falls apart, he has no power and no plate discipline.

Who would have ever thought that there was a possibility that the 2010 Braves will have an outfield of Jason Heyward-Gorkys Hernandez-Jordan Schafer? (i.e. with no Francoeur)

The Phillies had sent out a scout to watch Oswalt, but the 'Stros have not decided to sell yet and Roy did not pitch versus Boston...not sure why else they would be there

Shoot, why did the Reds get Duran and Yorman. Not Fair. There 2012 opening day outfield:
LF - Juan Duran
CF - Yorman Rodriguez
RF - Jay Bruce

An outfield that good should be against the law.

Man if the phils go after Oswalt you can say goo-bye to Carrasco, Cardenas, and Savery. That's off the top.

OK, I have been an Astros fan all of my life, but I say get rid of Oswalt and Berkman while they're still hot. Any team that's won a world series, knows that you have to develop your farm!!! And as soon as that Ed Wade can get that through his head, the sooner the Astros can get back on track.

Trade Oswalt for VERY good prospects. DO NOT go after Sabathia. Go for young talented players. Look at the Reds, they're on their way to superstardom in the next year or two.
ED WADE IS A MISTAKE TO THE ASTROS SYSTEM!

uh trade Berkman? are you kidding me?

OK< Houston fans...
I have a trade that could be very possible.
Mariners get-Lance Berkman, Ty Wigginton, Mark Loretta, and Roy Oswalt...
Astros get-Adrian Beltre, Erik Bedard, Felix Hernandez.
Seems like a good deal for both teams for me. Since the Astros' won't sell, this would be a likely trade.
