That's a hot list, from a hot chick. I would not have expected any less.

Me? I love me some Tom Robbins. Even Cowgirls Get the Blues, Still Life with Woodpecker, Fierce Invalids Home from Hot Climates. Try it, it is sick funny stuff.

I love Ursula Le Guin - but I like her "Ged" series. We have them all and read them regularly. She was a fascinating person as well. Great list.

Happy TT

I forgot all about the Rama series; great books! I'll bet you'd like Slan. Shoot! I can't remember who wrote it!

I loved the Mary Stewart Merlin Trilogy. Have you read Susan Cooper's Dark is Rising series? Great books. I'm very nervous about the movie.

Happy TT!

I love reading too. I don't see any of my favorite authors on your list though. I'm sure I could find some good reading on your list though!

well that's sad. i only know stephen king. and, i'm learning sign language just because i want to be able to communicate with anybody and everybody. i started it years ago and didn't learn nearly enough. if i could learn several languages, i'd do that too. hey, thx for the visit and sharing your knowledge on books. for being in a hurry, you sure threw out quite a list!! happy TT :)

I love Le Guin's Wizard of Earthsea series (well...the first three anyway.) Did you know that her parents were the ones that wrote the book about Ishi?

Thanks for stopping by my TT!
