Around 16? Don't have your license yet.

Avoid Tomorrow's Drivers. Avoid places where they say you need "extra lessons".

Even if they agree on how many..

if you EVER get an instruction who says your not safe for the road test.. even though you are sure you are.. call the driving school and get another instructor .

Why? Chances are they are scamming you... After so many lessons .... They should be feeling more confident with you ..

Guess what.... The instructor CAN let you take the road test BUT sign a waiver, which means you pay for all damages to their car ..

you need to be comfortable parking with other cars around..as the driving examiner could expect you to do so.

And they will recommend 2 hours(rather than 1 hour) per lesson to "get a feel for the car" ....

Want to be one of those people who barely goes for lessons and gets your license?

screw in-class lessons ..(though lower insurance)....
Go for in-car and when you are ready take the test PASS OR FAIL
Practice with your parents a lot...

$40 + transportation gas/time of the person with you... + your car needs to be in good working order ..

$40 PER FAIL

$35 per hour of lesson and since instructors recommend 2 hours

$70 an hour of lessons

They are like god damned scam artists or bullies.

2)Hell instructors that say you need extra lessons over and over.. Even when you show you are ready ... They just want more and more money... After over 15 hours of extra lessons.. Its just bullshit.

Just like a grade 9 math test. If you are not ready .. You don't ..just sit home and fail...you take it.

Sure safety is a concern... But if you drive safely and are sure the instructor is just pulling a run for your money..

I mean you pay them like $500 ..and you are like the reason that they can afford fast food and whatever... Why wouldn't they say you're not ready.. And they do it smart...

They basically get you to do so many things at once that you are overloaded.. By human nature

they tell you to turn last minute and then say you are not good
They say look at your speed
Check your mirrors,both ways before crossing an intersection
Check for pedestrians
signal when changing lanes

You seem fine and ready to go to the road test but then BOOM...guess what

back in parking you don't go too straight but you are between the lines and eventually get straight... a bit iffy parking..but you COULD PASS this...
the instructor yells at you to park.. You didn't get that reference point to get right at the curb i.e. Not right against curb just a bit back ... (which is when the back/side of car aligns where that white curb line meets the road..)
Parallel parking you haven't mastered the technique..or tried it with a car rather than an imaginary one :D

The price is WRONG. In fact, instructors which don't tell the driving school about lessons are scamming you... They can keep their reputation of few hours of training and good results..while eating away your money you pay them "cash" which is tax-free.

Left turn OK
Right turn OK (at high speeds much slower .slow to 10-12km/h) ...
Parallel park BAD ( look where you need to be to start properly..)
Back in parking BAD (in lines but not straight)

Driving Skills

Intersections and turns OK .. turn at high speed not so good

Practise signalling, entering and leaving turns in the correct lane and at the proper speed. At intersections, pedestrians and traffic move in many directions. Get to know the different types of intersections and the meanings of all signs and signals.

Right of way .. BAD ..watch where people don't have stop signs.

Practise the right-of-way rules, especially at intersections and while changing lanes.

Lane changes ... OK.. Look at mirrors make it obvious look at back window

Practise signalling, checking mirrors, checking blind spots by looking over your shoulder, and choosing the right speed for lane changes. It is important for motorists and motorcyclists to know and avoid each other's blind spots.

U-turns and three-point turns ...OK

Learn where they are appropriate, and practise these turns keeping constant watch for other vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists.

Spacing and speed control ...OK

Always be aware of the posted speed limit. Practise setting your speed for road and weather conditions and keeping a safe distance—at least two seconds—from the vehicle ahead.

Parking and backing up ...NEEDS IMPROVING... BACK IN..

Learn to park in parking lots, on a grade, and parallel parking. Practise smooth steering in reverse, leaving the right amount of space around you and watching for pedestrians and other vehicles.

One-way streets....

Practise turning onto and from one-way streets.

Braking....OK

Practise controlled braking. Develop the habit of looking ahead and braking well in advance with firm, even pressure.

Overtaking and passing...OK

Practise overtaking other vehicles. Check for oncoming traffic and when it's safe to do so, accelerate evenly and leave enough space between vehicles before moving back into the correct lane

It is damned hard to meet someone these days, at least for people like me. People with not that many friends. People who go to college in computer programs, with hardly any girls, and who tell girls you want "to get some"(in more explicit language) thus turning them off, because girls apparently don't want to hear that right away. But think about it,,

if I wanted oral sex from my girlfriend(Apparently something exotic .. Seeing as how its done in porno films.. And yet seems hard to get... And most girls don't admit doing it..), and she didn't do that it would waste both our time

1) I'd cheat on her and get what I want from a hooker, or another girl... i.e. Make friends with another girl and then break up with this girl...

2) I'd break up with her and go for someone else

The world makes it extremely easy to be single , at least for skinny guys who are 5"7 and go for Asian girls. The girls that are so pretty, they probably have boyfriends.

A tip for you people, get a girlfriend before you get circumcised as an adult. ..

speed studying.. How to study like a genius?
(Aimed at programming / computer science courses mostly ... In my case a Java course.)

obviously, study when you are not thirsty, not hungry, not sleepy. If either of those is affecting you, fix it IMMEDIATELY. You brain will repel information (almost) if you are in such a bad state... So fix that first.

Well, down to business ...

1) skim the mostly useless stuff for programming courses, and make your studying more APPLIED!
(unless you are tested on theory and it is not open book.. etc)

...well my studying consisted of mostly trying out all the examples (and trying to start from scratch or do them slightly different to prove that I understand).

And also, since we were allowed a reference sheet, and open-book basically, I printed out all the courses notes, examples... mainly because the syntax I won't be able to nicely look up online.

Okay so Vector company places some nice bright business cards all over the campus at university/college.

Students come in looking for jobs, guess what Vector marketing involves selling, knives and cutlery, you are paid to get people to schedule an hour interview of their time. And you have to pay a setup fee, to get started. What a joke. And the person on the phone makes it sound professional saying, come dressed in a suit.

Don't believe that its a scam? Google it. Luckily I cancelled my interview. I ended up geting way better jobs with guaranteed pay, no stupid commision i.e. bullshit sales job.. where you have to sell stuff to make money. And that of course involves, convincing people over the phone to buy stuff, which isn't easy to put it lightly.

Open books tests are called 'harder' by some students/professors, and easier by others.

Advantages of Open book tests:
-The students don't memorize useless information
-the students process information and put it into their own words(hopefully).. As they would have done if they did some research
-The students' memory is not tested, but their ability to quickly find and put together their knowledge is

Disadvantage of Open book tests:
-Well,Tests where the students memory is given a higher level of ... Priority, they tend to be easier, where the students might need to memorize 5 formulas and apply them. As an alternative to .. Picking from 20 formulas (i.e. Some more complex stuff)...that the students wrote down from the textbook.

My failures with the ladies

Looking back at the first 2 years of my college program. With few girls in my classes.
I remember at least 2 cases where I could have made girls into friends but I blew it!

1. A girl said "bloody shit" .. At the school bookstore. I could have asked "what's wrong"

2. A girl said "thank you so very much" when I held the door for her. Quite many words from a stranger. If she just said "thank you" .. Well that is courtesy it looked like she almost wanted to be friends.. I should have said "Your very welcome, so what are you up to...which program are you in?"

3. A girl had to go.. I should have got her MSN...instead I waited till I saw her again

4. Talked to a stranger girl.. She had a class in a hour... I could have stayed and talked with her..although freaky I suppose.. I should have gotten her MSN.. Rather than "hoping" I would see her again... Which took very many days and was a failure.

5. A girl I talked to ..had her on MSN she seemed to like me and asked "do you like me?"
I said "Um sure, as a friend"... Of course I introduced myself to her and stuff and we talked online... So really ... I hurt her .. I guess she got her revenge.. In acting like she wanted sex, and then when I went to the "meeting place" her and her friends had a laugh.

6. I told this girl who sort of had a crush on me that I wanted "oral sex". That sure turned her away. For years, I didn't know my penis was not normal. I realized that sex with a condom did not feel good. It is because the head of my penis(there is some biological name for it) .. Brings the most pleasure during sex, and since I suffered from phimosis, ... It means I am unable to retract my foreskin.

-The parents blame the kids from a young age, and do not let them go to movies because it is not their money, it is the parent's money.
C'mon , once in awhile some time with friends, give your kids the money, or what did you make kids for? To make a new life, and even though its in your control, make it a miserable one?

At age 13, or something young, I was blamed for playing computer games all day, rather than doing chores. It appears I was supposed to be doing more productive things, my parents would love if I were doing chores 24/7.

-Kids are beaten with belt or other hard objects, including hits to the head.
Even If I did have self-esteem and pride, it was knocked out of me, by being hit by someone who should have loved me, and then I got asked why I don't talk to this person... Wouldn't it be obvious, out of hatred, out of being less social due to being hurt and scared of the world. Not really ... More due to the fact that the parents "boss around the children"

Pornography serves as your sexual fulfillment, along with massage parlous which provide "hand jobs" and "escorts/prostitutes". You can get addicted on it, a very expensive habit.

After trying to find a girlfriend and failing miserably, time and time again. Yup, getting sexual satisfaction from escorts.Sure.. And after online dating and in-person talking to girls and even a paid in-person dating service all failed... It's the only reasonable solution.

Relationships take time, and chances of a sweet girl being interested are low. There was a girl on the bus, sure I like Asian chicks, would my parents approve? ... I would like to hope so.

Then I am not circumsized. I am unable to pull back my foreskin. What does that mean?

Music at work? Good or bad?
Music for students? University or high school good or bad?

In this post I strongly show support for music.

Music is very calming. Long days as work feel about half shorter , simply with some music. Music can be distracting with new songs. At work it is a much less hostile environment. It is surely a strong privledge.

Employee perspective
-as long as the music is Not too loud, and doesn't disturb others, I should be able to have music in the background to help me focus. In fact, if I don't turn it up too high, it won't bother others, and if I don't listen to to explicit songs, it is acceptable and appropriate for the environment. Obviously, when I make important phone calls I would turn down the music.

In terms of headphones, i would not use them, because employers would consider this overboard especially in jobs some as IT support, or business communication roles, which pretty much is everyone I imagine. Unless, you do purely individual tasks. Obviously, if you are wearing headphones, you won't be effective on the phone well depending on the volume level.

I need to enter all this information and double-check it, for example. Well... With some music it is more fun, the faster I get it done the faster I get to enjoy my music.

Crazy rap music is good for when you are mad, although not too health.. It sort of matches your emotions producing a high, and also nullifies your surroundings.

Dance music like DJ Tiesto is good because very few lyrics if any, extremely relaxing.

So, you want your day to go by faster at work?

sleep during your travel time... especially if you didn't get a good nights sleep
Extremely strong sacrificial way... take a later lunch break. I took lunch at 2pm.. I was working nonstop . the day flew by and I was still energetic after work..well with some great McDonalds of course.

Bored at work?
W5H? Who? Where? What? When? Why? How?

Well these are some opening questions for you to realize what has caused your day to go slow.
The most obvious and strong factors are biological ones.

In short, LOW SLEEP, LOW FOOD INTAKE is one VERY LONG DAY!!!
One other major factor ... LOW WORK= VERY LONG DAY. Keep busy.

Did you sleep last night, about 8 hours, if not more and not too much I suppose?
Did you eat breakfast and lunch.. and by breakfast I mean more than just coffee.
Did you eat snacks to keep your sugar levels high throughout the day?
Are you all alone and not talking much to people?
Are you given too difficult tasks?Are you given too easy tasks?
Who is not giving you enough work?
Where do you work?
What kind of work is it?
Did you just finish too soon?
Is the work you are doing incorrect, or an imperfect job?
