Phillies tonight

phillyBurbs.com

What: Toronto Blue Jays at Phillies

When: 7:05

Where: Citizens Bank Park

TV/Radio: CSN/WPHT 1210-AM, WBCB 1490-AM,

Pitchers: LHP Jamie Moyer (2-3, 5.02) vs. LHP David Purcey (0-0, 2.08)

Extra bases: First game of a three-game set and the interleague schedule for both squads. Moyer will make his 35th start against Toronto. Lifetime, he's 13-8 with a 5.31 ERA against the Blue Jays. As of Thursday, the Jays were in last place in the AL East at 21-22, but they have a good young pitching staff. Purcey is making the start because Toronto's doubleheader in Cleveland on Monday messed up the Blue Jays' rotation. He made one spot start this season, going 4 1/3 innings while allowing an earned run on April 18 against Detroit.
