i want an easy AND affordable flight - which apparently doesn't exist. flying jetstar would be cheaper, but then i have to leave really early in the morning and fly out from Avalon airport. so it's either virgin blue or qantas (both expensive). Tiger Airways flies to Newcastle, but then i have to get a train from Newcastle to Sydney. aaarrgh! im thinking maybe i should just pay for a virgin blue flight - but i heard their service is not that great. im so confused!
I use webjet.com.au to find all the fares on one screen and then go to whatever site has the cheapest fare at the time I want to fly. Well, depends what service you are after... Qantas -> get a snack/lunch/meal; Virgin -> get funny jokes depending on the crew, no free food but can buy; Jetstar -> get the hard sell on food/drinks because they get a commission.
