Genovesa Island (Galapagos)

While on Genovesa Island, I spotted this short-eared owl feasting on its fresh kill, a storm petrel. After a few minutes, it noticed me in the distance snapping away, whereupon it picked up its supper, did a warning fly-by past me, and took off to someplace more secluded where it could eat in peace.
