Neighbours Cast and not much more!

We took a pretty rotten overnight bus from Sydney to Melbourne, it took 13hours! When we got in we headed for our accommodation. I had a freind (Siobhan) living here. She kindly offered to put us up for 2 nights! We took a train to out to her place and had a kip to prepare us for the day. We wandered around the city centre after this. We checked out the Aussie rules stadium there, walked along the prominade and then headed to the Casino (the biggest in the southern hemisphere!). Here i won $1.50 on roulette....job done! That evening we head back to the girls apartment where we finally got to meet them. They (Maeve,Sinead and Masha...and Siobhan obviously!) were working til 5. They had planned a night out for us to welcome us to Melbourne. We went to a bar where they had a table quiz (which we missed due to drinking at the apartment!) and then some of the Neighbours cast members came to the bar and did a meet and greet. I got a photo with some 'famous' dide I dont no.....it was a good night!
The following day was pure chill out for Myself , Mark and Siobhan. We had been doing so much travelling etc we need just to crash out for a day, so we slept in and then just chilled in the apartment and watched TV and listened to music. That evening we cooked dinner for all the ladies as a thanks for letting us crash with them. We just stayed in that evening and played some drinking games as me and mark were up early the next day!
We were up at 6am and made our way to the bus station and headed back to Sydney. We had to catch a flight to NZ from here!
Melbourne was really nice. We didnt get to see everything ,obviously, but what we did see we really liked!
