Clicktastic

I thought the plunge in my stats last month was due to the quality of the writing here lately, but it turns out that there is an actual blog recession going on.

If you read blogs in a reader or any other kind of feed aggregating service and would like to boost the stats, ego, and, in some cases, ad revenue of the bloggers you read, go over to Motherhood Uncensored and sign yourself up. Then, all you have to do is make sure to click through to the blogs in your reader during the month of August.

Easy peasy and cheap thrills all around.

Well, I'm not sure I'll actively sign on, but I will join in the spirit and make an effort to click through from my feeds. (See? Right here I've gone and done that.)

This is such a cool, supportive idea. And thanks for letting me discover Motherhood Uncensored. I know...judging from her blog, I'm the last on the planet to discover her.

Isn't it all just because it's summer and holidays for a lot of us and we are all out and about having fun, fun, fun?

Unless you are in the southern hemisphere of course!

It's true. Thanks for noting it. I think it's common this time of year, and then again around the holidays...Don't people realize they just can't take a vacation from reading blogs and commenting?

I found you through Kristin's site and before posting about it, I thought I'd go through and comment on all the blogs she listed, as well as those who left comments! So I'm in!!!

I haven't blogged in five weeks, until today. I could blame it on the blog recession, but I've just been lame, lazy, on vacation, with nada to talk about.

I just joined the Blog the Recession. Such a great idea and fun as well. Another fun perk is finding great new blogs to frequent :)
