Via BBC, Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Maliki said he expects Saddam Hussein to be executed by the end of the year.

So much for appeals. How can the appeals judges even read the record that fast?

    Guys, let's not get carried away defending Saddam Hussein.  The ugly truth is that the world is much better and safer place without him.

    Does that mean that an occupation had to be bungled?  No, but this man deserves not one tear or bit of remorse from any of us.

    www.regimeofterror.com has gobs of info on what a monster this guy was.
