Alli : How to Avoid the Side Effects

I am sure by now we all know that Alli is a great weight loss pill. However as with many good drugs or pills that do something good there can also be a bad experience. Alli can cause loose and oily stool and that doesn't sound like a great night to me. So how do you avoid these problems?

First and foremost do not start alli if you do not feel you commit to the low fat diet that the bottle asks you to abide by. Day in and day out if you exceed 15 grams of fat in a meal you could cause the leakage and bad trip to the bathroom. The main way to prevent it is diet and not staying with the diet pills daily.

As with any diet you should get in a modest amount of physical activity as it will not only benefit your weight loss it will improve the way alli works on you. It helps to firm and tone up the skin as you lose weight. As with any weight loss your skin can become loose if you avoid working out to tighten back up. Drink plenty of water and if you ever have any questions visit or call your doctor or nutritionist before starting any diet or workout plan. If you need workout tips or any other information we have it all to the right in the navigation bar.
