You don't need it when you start a project. Hey, you'd be pedantic to fix the code quality issues, right? Later, when you have quality issues, you'll find they are too far gone to fix on the way. If you start a regime like this and keep things clean as you go, you'll be able to keep a maintainable codebase.TAGS
