Chinwag Digital Mission
If you haven’t heard about it already you should check out the Chinwag Digital Mission. Building on the success of WebMission08 earlier this year Chinwag in partnership with UKTI will be taking 20 25 UK companies to Web 2.0 Expo (Sept 16-19 in New York) and SXSW in (March 13-17 2009, I think in Austin Texas).
Both great conferences and if you are an entrepreneur a great way to get exposure for your company and build out your network.
Applications for Web2.0 Expo are open now and close on July 23rd.
They kindly asked me to be on the advisory board.

It’s not exactly during the seedcamp in london ?

Yes, the Digital Mission to NYC is the same week as Seedcamp, but there shouldn’t be much of a clash. The criteria for Digital Mission is ideal for companies who have been through Seedcamp and have progressed their idea to the point where they’re seeking later stages of funding.
It’s also open to more established digital SMEs, who are looking to expand their business into the US.

Thanks Sam, I wasn’t thinking about clash and will have a deep look at it. Not sure if I’m over the fence yet. I thought I could have meet with Nic, since I will come.
