Vancouver willing to make a go of public toilets
VANCOUVER -- As Seattle hawks its pricey public toilets on eBay, Vancouver remains committed to its automated washrooms, opening another on the weekend as part of a plan that calls for 16 to be rolled out in the downtown core by 2016.
