I Don't Eat Gator
|
Oh my. Well so much for the road trip. Broken car window, destroyed cell phone... several hundreds of dollars later to fix everything... no road trip. Teresa's never gonna forget that birthday though.
Before the dancing, we took T to this place called Ouisi Bistro on Granville. OVER RATED and crap service, bug filled patio. Decent food but I just don't get paying so much for such things. I also don't think it's cool to eat GATOR.

Paul took some photos admiring my curves... *teehee* I still need to continue my exercises and buff up. But heck yah I look good for 35.
I have a big head. No I don't mean ego, I mean I am looking at that picture and all I can see is my massive skull.
How do you get rid of black circles under eyes? I have always suffered from them, so don't tell me sleep is the answer cause it isn't.
My short hair is finally getting longer so I can finally get close to being back to my old favorite hair style... short in back with long on the sides. My "it" style... I've had it on and off all my adult life... every time I don't have it, I want it. I am done doing the short-short hair thang.
My fav the V-Shape (Flapper hair as my doctor once said to me)

My super short-short stages -->

I've only had long hair a few times in my adult life... I like the mid-range length the best. Made another appointment to see the fab Michelle to have her do my hair... more color, a little shape, and more time to grow grow grow...
Anyway back to the nonsense, Now I have to go collect every one's phone numbers again. GOOD GRIEF.
Friday thankfully my mom is on holidays too, so she came to drive us to the towing yard to get my car. There were a lot of people in that line at the lot, picking up their cars. After we went to White Spot to eat (we eat there a lot, the picture below is from the 14th).

Then Paul got a replacement window at Ralph's. Replaced the window and cleaned out the car of all the broken glass.
Today, we went to Future Shit to get a new cell phone to replace the one that got smashed. Got home, transferred my account to the new phone, BUT the phone had some battery heat sensor malfunction. Every time I turned it on, it said the battery was too hot and shut off. We called Telus and asked if we went to trade that phone in, if they would charge me another set up fee, because it wasn't right that we'd have to pay twice. They said no problem.
We had to drive back to Future Shit and exchange the phone, this time paying a little more for the other style. They tried to charge us $30 more than the price we'd seen on the web site, so we asked to show them their web site price. Sure enough it was cheaper online. So they honoured the online price.
Now that's all taken care of, phone replaced, window replaced, days wasted replacing crap, money wasted replacing crap... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I think I'd do well to become a hermit, surely it would cost less.

I got screwed by the phone company and we had to pay for a new air condition unit, and I've also had to dump a small fortune into my car this Summer. Besides all that it's been a great Summer! ;)

black circles under the eyes can be caused by many things including lack of sleep but not exclusive to this cause. food allergies and genetics can also play a role. i, as well have always suffered from dark circles under the eyes and when you wear spectacles, the dark is magnified (with my prescription, anyways). i am now using the oil of olay eye illuminator product twice a day and it's slowly working. it's quite pricey (around $40 if i remember correctly) but well worth it and it does tend to last a good while! xo katie

Thanks Katie, I will look into the Oil of Olay.
