Who says Germans don't have a sense of humour?

From German advertising blogger The Kaiser, a campaign for that fine late night beverage Jägermeister. Which alongside wearing socks in your sandals and The Scorpions is as everyone knows, the greatest innovation to have come out of Germany.

As far as my German can tell, they've created a kind of anti-Jägermeister - a pink-lemonadey concoction called 'Kein (no) Jägermeister.' Complete with matching glass and kids-party straw it carries the tag-line, "Ziemlich zahm" (pretty tame).

The ads, virals and web-site then feature suitably vanilla types boasting about a range of socially regressive hobbies like creating romantic sausage bouquets.

OK, so The Kaiser might have indulged in a sneaky bit of product sampling when he said this....but it's a pretty funny campaign.
