Zune Advertising Service? Good Or Bad Idea?

In the category of stuff we didn't see coming comes an article from PC World on a new "advertising service" that can be tied into the Zune.

Basically, in short, they've added the ability (or have at least conceptualized it) for bigger advertisers to have a presence in the Zune Marketplace.

The example given is a scenario where "Doritos" sponsors a music event. By "friending" Doritos on your Zune, you can get content, games, etc. to your player - all sponsored by Doritos.
